摘要
近半个多世纪以来,世界各国都在努力进行铁路的技术装备和现代化管理的研究,努力推进铁路运输技术的进步,在很多方面取得了突破性的进展。移动式电动架车机是一种不需要动用起运设备或天车,人工便可推动的、轻便的且具有自动控制同步升降功能的移动式电动架车机。作为铁道电力机务段必不可少的三大检修设备之一的移动式架车机的安全性问题已越来越引起广大设计者的关注。设计与制造移动式架车机时,除考虑该机构能简单、安全、方便地架起电力或内燃机车、推出转向架外,还应注意其自身机架的强度与稳定性问题。本文主要根据工厂实际参观和力学受力分析对机架部分进行优化设计,在设计当中重点是提高移动式架车机机架的稳定性,提高使用寿命和可靠性,以最低的的维修费用,较长的使用周期使移动式架车机具有较高的经济性,机架是移动式架车机的承载基体,不仅承担电动机、底座和所架货车的质量,而且还要承受过作业程中所产生的各种力和力矩。因此,其强度不仅关系到架车的力度,而且还关系到整车的安全性。

一 概述

努力推进铁路运输技术的进步,在很多方面取得了突破性的进展。与此同时,随着世界各国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对于出行条件、旅行环境的要求越来越高。高速铁路的出现,无疑对铁路复兴产生了积极影响。
移动式电动架车机是一种不需要动用起运设备或天车,人工便可推动的、轻便的且具有自动控制同步升降功能的移动式电动架车机。 包括由机体、可沿机体位移的臂架和驱动臂架位移的传动装置组成的架车机构,特别是架车机构设在具调节离地间隙的行走装置的底架上,架车机构上设有可使多台电动架车机同步联动升/降的电气控装置。 可方便、快捷、轻松地移到所需的工作位置,通过自动控制举升系统实现单机控制或多机联动控制,可用于铁路机车车辆和机动车的检修,应用范围广,随着世界经济的高速发展,电动架车机在机车检查修理方面有着越来越大的作用,在架车时,机架为承受力的主要部位,通过机架上的托头与货车相连,外载荷由托头传递到机架上。
作为铁道电力机务段必不可少的三大检修设备之一的电动架车机的安全性问题已越来越引起广大设计者的关注。设计与制造电动架车机时,除考虑该机构能简单、安全、方便地架起电力或内燃机车、推出转向架外,还应注意其自身机架的强度与稳定性问题。本课题对15 T移动架车机的机架强度及稳定性进行计算与分析,以提高其工作可靠性与稳定性。
15吨移动式架车机技术说明
1.适用范围:
1)设备名称:15吨移动式架车机
2)设备用途:
该设备主要用于长春轨道客车股份有限公司特装场地CRH5型动车组一列(8辆编组)联动架车检修作业。其为联动移动式架车机,4台单体架车机为一组,32个单体架车机为一套,一套架车机由一个综合控制柜控制,每单个架车机的电源线及控制线均与综合控制柜相连,由综合控制柜统一控制,可实现一列(8辆编组)车辆的同时架车需要。
