Meanwhile, many fishing vessels exist in this area. Engaging in surface and/or underwater operations2. Alongside other vessel or carrying out cargo transfer operations3.Overhauling main engine, boiler, windlass, steering gear, radio station or other important navigational equipments4.Testing main engine, ship trail, testing speed or calibrating magnetic compass5.Launching life boats or rafts for drills6.Oil supply, fumigation and compartment washing operations7.Broadside operations8. Discharging ballast water.9.Other operations impairing the safety of navigation船名、当前位置、活动内容以及VTS要求的其它信息Ships name, position, contents of activities and other information required by the VTS紧急报告Emergency Report发生或发现交通事故、污染事故、机损事故、人员意外伤亡或其它紧急情况When involved in or finding any traffic accident, pollution incident, engine damage, injury of persons or any other emergent situation船名、位置、紧急情况以及VTS要求的其它信息Ships name, position, type of emergencies and other information required by the VTS当发生或发现紧急或异常情况时,应使用一切手段向VTS中心报告When involved in or finding any emergency or abnormality, the vessels shall report to VTS center by all effective means.异常报告Abnormal Report发现助航标志或导航设施异常、有碍航行安全的碍航物、漂流物或其它妨碍航行安全的异常情况When finding abnormality of navigation aids, leading marks, obstacles, drifting objects or any other unusual circumstances impairing the safety of navigation 船名、位置、异常情况以及VTS要求的其它信息Ships name, position, the abnormal circumstances and other information required by the VTS 另外，凡于日照VTS报告线之外锚地锚泊时，船舶亦应及时通过相应频道报告相关动态。When dropping/heaving up anchor in anchorage outside the VTS reporting line, ship should duly report information above to Rizhao VTS via VHF 14 or 09 .引 航Pilotage强制引航下列船舶在日照水域航行或移泊应当向日照港引航站申请引航：（1）外国籍船舶；（2）靠离日照港区煤1、煤2专用码头的船舶；（3）日照海事局指定的其它船舶；（4）其它要求引航的船舶。Pilotage CompulsoryFollowing vessels must apply to Rizhao Pilot Station for pilotage when navigating or shifting berth within Rizhao Port waters:（1）Foreign vessels.（2）Vessel berthing or unberthing from Coal Terminal No.1 and No.2 of Port of Rizhao.（3）Vessels instructed by Rizhao MSA to use pilotage.（4）Other vessels requiring pilotage.日照港区引航员登（离）轮水域一号登（离）轮水域：以351834N 1193727E为圆心，半径为750米的圆形水域。二号登（离）轮水域：以351629N 1194641E为圆心，半径为750米的圆形水域。Rizhao Port Pilot Boarding (Disembarking) AreaArea 1: the water area with the center at 351834N 1193727E and the radius of 750m.Area 2: the water area with the center at 351629N 1194641E and the radius of 750m.岚山港区引航员登（离）轮水域 以350230N 1192548E为圆心，半径为500米的圆形水域。Lanshan Port Pilot Boarding (disembarking) Area is the water area with the center at 350230N 1192548E and the radius of 500m.引航员应在规定的引航登（离）水域上下船。Pilots should board (disembark) at the specified water areas.引航员引领船舶应遵守船舶报告制度，并向交管中心报告登船及离船的时间、地点。 Pilot should comply with the vessel reporting system requirement and report details of embarkation or disembarkation.交通服务Traffic Service应请求或VTS中心认为有必要时，可提供如下服务：（1）交通信息（2）气象信息（3）航行警（通）告信息（4）助航服务（5）交通组织（6）支持联合行动Rizhao VTS Center can provide:(1) Traffic information (on request)(2) Meteorology information (on request)(3) Navigational warning or notice(4) Navigation assistance (on request)(5) Traffic organization(6) Information for supporting the allied activities (on request)有关规定Relevant Regulations未经批准，禁止船舶在航道内追越或在航道及周围水域锚泊。进出日照港石臼港区东西港泊位的船舶，禁止在防波堤口门会遇。船舶在港区内航行时，应避免穿越航道、锚地和临时倾废区。未经批准，禁止在航道、锚地、港池及其附近水域试车、试航、测速、校正罗经和吊放救生艇等活动。注意：特殊情况或紧急情况下背离上述规定时，须征得V
