摘 要

汽车诞生于19世纪末,至今已有100多年的历史,在这期间汽车工业以惊人的速度发展,写下了人类近代文明史的重要篇章. 汽车已为世界经济的发展和人类进入现代化生活产生了无法估量的巨大影响.目前,全世界有几亿辆汽车在陆地上行驶,并且以每年几千万辆的速度增长.可以断言,没有哪种机械产品像汽车那样对人类社会产生如此广泛而深远的影响.为人类社会的进步作出了不可磨灭的贡献。

变速器作为汽车的一个重要组成部分,是用来改变发动机传到驱动轮上的转矩和转速,目的是在原地起步、爬坡、转弯、加速等各种行驶工况下使汽车获得不同的牵引力和速度。

变速器有机械式手动变速器和机械式无级变速器两种,如果变速器挡位多其动力性和经济性得到保证,挡位少其操纵方便,本次设计我设计的是重型货车变速器,本次设计中我对其传动比作了仔细的分析计算并参考相关车型最终确定了各挡的传动比,针对变速器的传动机构方案的布置作了详细的分析最终选用5+1挡中间轴式变速器,换挡形式采用同步器换挡。结合总体的要求操纵机构形式选用直接操纵机构形式。本次设计的变速器即满足了汽车必要的动力性也满足了其经济性的指标。最后通过对齿轮、轴、键、轴承等的校核,其变速器的尺寸及其部件的强度都满足设计要求。

变速器的发展趋势是越来越复杂,自动化程度也越来越高,自动变速器将是未来的主流。

(THE GENERAL DESIGHN OF TRANSMISSION)

ABSTRACT

Car birthed in 19th century, and today it has a history of more than 100 years, during the period, the automobile industry has developed with amazing speed, and written an important chapter in the modern human civilization. Car for the development of the world economy and human life have access to modern Immeasurable tremendous impact. At present, there are hundreds of millions of cars on land in the world, and grow in a speed of ten millions per year. We can assert that there are no mechanical products more than cars so extensive and profound influence to the human. Have made an indelible contribution for the progress of human society.

Transmission as an important component of car is used to change the engine reached the powerwheele’s torque and rotational speed, in order to get    different power and speed in start, climbing, turning, accelerating, and other case of travel.

Transmission has two styles of mechanical manule transmission and mechanical devices continues transmission, if the transmission’s shift more its power and economic was guaranteed, if fewer its manipulation is convenience, this design I design an heavy truck transmission, this design I determined the peed ratio after careful analys of peed ratio and ultimately the relevant type of the car, I made a careful analysis of the layout of the drive agency programmers against the transmission and finally use the 5+1 block intermediate transmission, the form of shift use a synchronous device. After requested the overall the form of agencies use direct manipulation institutional forms. This designed of transmission meet the dynamic of the necessary power also meet its economic targets. Final adoption the degree of gear, axle, keys, bearings, etc. the size of transmission and strength of components are designed to meet the requirements.

The development trend of the transmission is more complex, more and more is also high automation degree, automatic transmission is the mainstream of the future.
