摘 要
变速器为一能将发动机动力传至汽车驱动车轮的齿轮系统。当离合器接合时,变速器通过其输入轴接受来自发动机的转矩。转矩接着通过一组齿轮传递,或增大或直接传递。最后产生的转矩推动间接与驱动车轮相连的变速器输出轴转动。所有变速器均有两种主要功能:根据各种各样的条件选择不同的速度比,并提供使汽车运动反向的方式。
变速器有机械式手动变速器和机械式无级变速器两种,如果变速器挡位多其动力性和经济性得到保证,挡位少其操纵方便,本次设计我设计的是微型客车变速器,本次设计中:首先,我对变速器传动机构布置方案做了分析,然后对其传动比作了仔细的分析计算并参考相关车型最终确定了各挡的传动比,针对变速器的传动机构方案的布置作了详细的分析最终选用5+1挡中间轴式变速器,换挡形式采用同步器换挡。接着确定了第二轴与中间轴的中心距,并且根据中心距和各档传动比分配好各档齿轮的齿数及各参数。结合总体的要求操纵机构形式选用直接操纵机构形式。本次设计的变速器即满足了汽车必要的动力性也满足了其经济性的指标。最后通过对齿轮、轴、键、轴承等的校核,其变速器的尺寸及其部件的强度都满足设计要求。
