I 25 马力 拖拉机最终传动 及驱动轴设计 摘 要 随着拖拉机工业的发展，我国拖拉机产品的科研与设计水平逐步提高。拖拉机是用与牵引和驱动各种配套机具，完成农业田间作业、各种土石方工程作业、运输作业和固定作业等的动力机械。拖拉机必须和各种作业机具组成拖拉机机组才能完成各种作业。拖拉机最终传动是用来进一步增加传动系的传动比，履带拖拉机和某些轮式拖拉机的最 终传 动还 用 来提 高后 桥的 离 地间 隙。 最终 传 动要 有适 当的 传动比；保证后桥处有足 够的离地间 隙；齿轮油足够 的承载能力 和支承刚度；靠近驱动轮的最 终传动尤其 要求有可靠 的密封，最终传 动 一般采用外啮合圆柱齿轮传动或行星齿轮传动。外啮合圆柱齿轮最终传动按所处的位置分为内置 式和外置式 两种。 本次设计的最终传动采用了外啮合直齿圆柱齿轮最终传动，轴采用了矩形花键轴，轴 承采用了圆 柱滚子轴承 和圆锥滚子轴 承。 关键词： 拖拉机，最终传 动，外啮合 ，圆柱齿轮 ，花键轴 ntsII DESIGN OF FINAL TRANSMISSION AND DRIVE SHAFTS OF 25 HP TRACTOR ABSTRACT Along w ith t he tractor industry deve lo pment, our countr y tractor product scient ific research and the design leve l gradually enha nce.The tractor is w ith w ith tows and actuates each kind of necessary machines and tools, comp letes the agr icult ural fie ld work, each kindof cubic meter of earth and stone engineer ing work, the transportationwork and the fixed work and so on the power generator The tractor must be able to comp lete each kind of work w ith each kindof work machines and tools composit ion tractor unit. The tractor fina ltrans miss ion is uses for further to increase transmiss ion s ystem t he ve locit yratio, the caterpillar tractor and certain whee led tractors fina l trans missio ns also uses for to enhance the rear axle of car the groundc learance. The fina l transmiss ion must ha ve the suitable ve locit y ratio;Guaranteed the rear axle of car place has the enough ground c learance; gear oil enough bearing capacity and supporting rigidity ; Approaches the driving gear the fina l transmiss ion especia llyto request to have the reliab le seal outside, the fina l t ransmiss ion genera lly uses meshes the cylindr ical gears transmiss ion or the pla netgear bio graphy In outs ide meshes the posit ion w hich the cylindrica l gear s fina ltrans miss ion presses locates to divide into sets at the type andoutside sets at the type two k inds. This design final transmission used outside meshed thecylindrical gears final transmission, the axis uses the rectangularspline shaft, the bearing has used the gulley ball bearing and thecircular cone roller bearings.
