摘 要
塑料成型加工是将塑料原料转变为制品的关键环节。塑料成型加工及其模具技术是一门不断发展的综合学科,不仅随着高分子材料合成技术的提高、成型设备的革新、成型工艺的成熟而进步,而且随着计算机技术、数值模拟技术等在塑料成型加工领域的渗透而发展。本设计通过对模具的研究和工厂实地考察研究,分析模具结构,借鉴国内外学者的设计经验确定方案。主要研究的是塑料模的材料选取,注射机的应用,型腔布局与分型面设计,浇注系统设计,冷却系统设计,成型零件设计,模架的选用,合模导向机构设计,脱模机构设计,注射机校核,由此设计出保温杯注塑模。
关键词:塑料成型加工,热塑性塑料,注射成型技术
Insulation Cup Injection Mold Design
Abstract
The key link of changing plastic raw materials into products is the plastics molding process. Plastic processing and mold technology is an evolving integrated subject. Not only with the improving synthesis technology of the polymeric materials, the innovations of the molding equipments, the maturity of processing technology to make progress , but also with the infiltration of computer technology, numerical simulation technology and so on in the field of plastics molding process to access development. The design through the study of mold and the factory-site study, to analysis the mold structure, meanwhile,drawing on the experiences in the design of programs of scholars from home and abroad to determine the program. Major study is the materials selection of the plastic molds, the application of injection machine, the layout of cavity and the design of regional type, the design of gating system, the design of cooling system, the design of prototyping parts, die-selection, mold design-oriented institutions, the design of ejection mechanism, the check of injection machine, then we can design the injection mold of insulation cup.
