第1章 绪论

1.1 MG600/1370-DW型采煤机截割部概述

MG600/1370-DW型采煤机主要用于矿井中较厚层综采工作面可采较硬煤质,并能适应较复杂的顶底板条件。

MG600/1370-DW型采煤机截割部减速器由固定减速器和摇臂行星减速起两部分组成,截割部承担截煤和装煤任务,是采煤机的主要部件之一。采煤机的绝大部分功率是通过截割部减速器传递的。截割部工作载荷大,条件恶劣,外形尺寸受到严格限制,可靠性要求很高。而滚筒式采煤机的采高范围大,对各种煤层适应性强,能截割硬煤,并能适应较复杂的顶底板条件,因而得到了广泛的应用。

1.2总体方案确定

采煤机的截割部承担截煤和装煤任务,是采煤机的主要部件之一。一个完善的工作机构应满足以下要求:

(1)能适应不同的煤层和有关地质条件。

(2)能充分利用煤壁的压张效应,降低能耗,提高块煤率,减少煤尘。

(3)能装煤和自开缺口。

(4)载荷均匀分布,机械效率高。

(5)结构简单,工作可靠,拆装维修方便。

根据采煤机截割部工作原理设计在电动机功率600千瓦,转速1485转/每分时,电压3300V, 输出转矩为40.6转/每分的采煤机的截割部。为了确定MG600/1370-DW型采煤机的方案及满足钻机的设计要求,设计组曾先后调研了鸡西和淮南等几个制造、生产和科研单位并对国内外钻机的结构进行了分析,根据我国目前煤炭生产现状,结合制造及使用技术水平,确定本钻机的设计方向是:

(1)采煤机的绝大部分功率是通过截煤部减速器传递的。截煤部工作载荷大,条件恶劣,外形尺寸受到严格限制,可靠性要求很高。截煤部的总传动比一般为30—50,减速级数为3—5级;

(2)因截煤部和牵引部由同一台电动机驱动,截煤部传动系统中须有一对变速齿轮;

(3)为了保证摇臂有适当的长度,摇臂减速器中都装有若干个惰轮。

(4)在满足上述各项要求的同时,务使结构简单,操纵方便,尽可能贯彻标准化、通用化。

以上是本采煤机截割部的指导思想,如图。下面将分别介绍各个部件设计计算及其校核过程。
