摘 要
国产单色胶印机在印刷市场具有巨大的保有量。目前由于印刷产品结构的调整与印刷技术的进步,单色印刷机的业务量明显下降;同时由于上光工艺的绿色环保优势,在印刷市场具有广阔的发展前景。印刷企业有较大的需求将单色胶印机改造成上光机,以便在成本投入较小的情况下,有效利用现有设备。
上光的方式与样式也呈现多样化,观察目前国内非常为之风行的文化出版品为求立体质感的表现而使用的局部立体上光,加工後的印刷完成品呈现出令人炫目的特殊立体视觉效果。其膜面已可不再是单一材质,可由不同种上光材料复合而得,如光由上光、PP上光、UV上光、水性上光等,由此可知上光虽然只的是在印刷品表面涂布裱合树脂、胶膜等物质而形成一膜面,但此膜面将随着时代的进步而有不同的变化。例如上光可用在包装产品上,有抗热作用食品包装上光;以及商业用途,如扑克牌上光等。
干燥装置由烘道和热源组成。烘道是长方体形箱体,热源种类较多。用于上光机的干燥装置主要有热风干燥装置、红外线干燥装置、紫外线干燥装置和电子束干燥装置。这几种干燥装置可以单独使用,也可以组合使用。组合使用的干燥流程安排一般为:涂布上光油-→紫外线固化-→红外线干燥;涂布上光油(底油)-→热风干燥-→涂布UV光油-→紫外线固化;涂布上光油(底油)-→红外线干燥-→涂布UV油-→紫外线固化;涂布上光油-→热风干燥-→红外线干燥。
本论文在研究印刷机结构的基础上,对单色胶印机的印刷与水墨机组加干燥装置,对原机结构进行改造后,对收纸、干燥机组进行了结构设计,并完成与主机的连接,同时改造后的装置能够对印品进行烘干并收集整齐。

Printing companies large demand the monochrome Offset transformed into polishing machine, in order to invest in the cost the smaller effective use of existing equipment.

The membrane surface is no longer a single material, obtained by different kinds of glazing material composite, as light glazing, PP varnishing, UV coating, aqueous coating, can be seen the glazing only in print surface coating pasting resin, film, and other substances to form a membrane surface, the membrane surface will be different with the progress of the times. For example, the glazing can be used in packaging a product, there are thermal role of food packaging glazing; as well as commercial purposes, such as poker, glazing and other.
Drying device by drying tunnel and heat. Drying tunnel is a rectangular-shaped box, more types of heat sources. The main drying apparatus for polishing machine with a hot air drying apparatus, an infrared drying apparatus, UV-drying apparatus, and electron beam drying apparatus. These types of drying apparatus may be used alone, but also be used in combination. Combination used in the drying process arrangements generally: the coating varnish UV curing IR drying; coating on Varnish (Diyou) hot air drying coating UV varnish UV curing; coating on varnish (base oil) infrared drying coated with UV oil UV curing; coating Varnish IR drying hot air drying.

1.绪论
1.1课题背景
单张纸印刷机的输纸方式有手给纸和由机械装置自动输纸两种。手输纸因为速度和正确性都存在一些总题,现在已很少应用。自动输纸装置是利用机械进行给纸作用,可节省人力,减轻工人劳动强度,提高生产率,保证给纸的正确性,提高印刷质量。自动输纸机的输纸方式有,摩擦式、气动式两种。摩擦式是靠磨擦轮使其表面纸张与纵堆分离的。这种给纸方式,机器的结构比较简单,但由于靠磨擦分纸,容易使印迹擦糊、纸张蹭脏、薄纸易磨坏,分纸效果也不够准确,而且速度低,采用连续上纸方法,劳动强度大,现在很少采用。
气动式输纸是利用气泵先由吹气嘴把压缩空气吹人纸堆上面的几张纸之间,再由吸纸嘴把纸堆表面的纸张吸起与纸堆分离而传递的,根据输送方式又可分为间歇式和连续式。
间歇式输纸是纸与纵之间有一定的距离,而连续式给纸是后一张纵的前边缘重叠在前一张纸后边缘之下,相邻两张纸有部分重叠,因此有足够的定位时间,定位较准确,也有利于提高印刷速度。
图1-1是连续式输纸装置各部分动作配合的示意图[2]。首先由松纸吹嘴将给纸堆上层的纸吹松,分纸吸嘴向下移动将最上面一张纸吸住并上抬后翘,以防止吸住双张,有利于压纸吹嘴插入吹风,压纸吹嘴压住第二张纸并吹风,使上下两张纸分开,送纵吸嘴向后移动吸伙纸张,分纸吸嘴停止吸气,放开纸张并向上抬,此时压纸吹嘴停止吹气,并离开纸堆,送纸吸嘴向前移动输出纸张,完成一张纸的输送。纸张经输纸板送到规矩装置进行定位。高速输纸机每分钟能输纸近200张。
