黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 I 摘 要 在汽车行驶中，转向运动是最基本的运动。我们通过方向盘来操纵和控制汽车的行驶方向，从而实现自己的行驶意图。在现代汽车上，转向系统是必不可少的最基本的系统之一，它也是决定汽车主动安全性的关键总成，如何设计汽车的转向特性，使汽车具有良好的操纵性能，始终是各汽车厂家和科研机构的重要课题。特别是在车辆高速化、驾驶人员非职业化、车流密集化的今天，针对更多不同的驾驶人群，汽车的操纵性设计显得尤为重要。 本文主要介绍汽车转向系的组成和作用，并且 采用相关数据进行设计机械式转向系统的设计 ，考虑各种机械转向器的 利 弊进行分析和计算设计相应的转向操纵和转向传动机构。 首先，根据给定车型确定主要参数并确定转向器形式及类型；其次，进行转向系的总体设计 ；再次，进行转向器的结构设计并根据使用要求进行校核；最后，针对设计的转向器确定转向操纵机构及转向传动机构的选择及设计。 关键词 :转向 系统；转向器；齿轮齿条 ；转向 梯形 ；转向节；转向节臂 nts黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 II ABSTRACT Changing to motion in running in the automobile, is the most fundamental motion.
