The total height of building is 11.6m, and the grade of fire-resistant is Grade 2. The grade of seismic fortification intensity is Grade 7. 内墙面粉刷面积1500m2，使用阿克苏诺贝尔太古漆油有限公司生产的专业防霉内墙漆A870系列，顶棚粉刷面积1200m2，也使用阿克苏诺贝尔太古漆油有限公司生产的专业防霉内墙漆A870系列；The painted area of interior wall is 1500m2, and coated with the mould-proof interior wall paint A870 provided by the Akzo Nobel Paint Co., Ltd. And the painted area of ceiling is 1200m2, and also coated with the above paint. 内墙面构造Interior Wall Surface Construction：- 刷高级哑光型防霉内墙漆，一底二面； Paint with advanced sub-gloss mould-proof interior coating for once primer and twice top coatings- 砖砌体与梁柱接缝处粘贴300mm宽的玻璃纤维网格布（砖墙部分粘贴宽度为200mm,梁柱砼部分粘贴宽度为100mm）； Stick the joint between brickwork and beam column with 300mm width glass fiber mesh cloth (stuck width of brick wall is 200mm, and 100mm for beam column concrete) - 20mm厚1:1:4水泥石灰砂浆抹面Plaster 20mm thickness cement lime mortar of 1:1.4 - 混凝土砌块墙上刷水泥浆一道Paint the concrete block wall once with cement grout. 顶棚构造Ceiling Construction： - 刷高级哑光型防霉内墙漆，一底二面； Paint with advanced sub-gloss mould-proof interior coating for once primer and twice top coatings - 3mm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆找平Level 3mm thickness cement mortar of 1:2.5 - 5mm厚1:3水泥砂浆找平Level 5mm thickness cement mortar of 1:3 - 刷素水泥浆一道Paint neat cement mortar once - 钢筋混凝土结构板Reinforced concrete structure slab二、 编制依据 Reference 华陆工程科技有限责任公司设计的建筑装修材料及构造（一）；Building Fitment Material and Structure I Designed by Hua Lu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd 建筑施工手册（第四版）Architecture Construction Manual (Version 4)； 涂料生产厂商提供的施工说明Construction Instruction provided by Coating Vendor；三、 主要施工程序 Main Construction Sequence基层处理Base Treatment内墙抹灰（顶棚找平）Plaster Interior Wall (Level the Ceiling)养护Curing涂料施工Coating Construction四、 主要施工程序施工要点 Main Construction Key Points1. 基层处理Base Treatment主要包括孔洞的封堵、浮灰的清理和墙面的湿润。Includes filling of holes, clean of floating ash and wet of wall surface.2. 内墙抹灰（顶棚找平）Plaster Interior Wall (Level the Ceiling)1) 严格控制施工配合比和所用原材料的质量；Strictly control the construction proportion and the quality of raw material.2) 工艺流程：基层处理 找规/放线/打巴 抹护角 润湿墙面 抹底层砂浆 抹面层砂浆；Process Flow: Base TreatmentMeasuring Angle/Setting out/Measuring ElevationPlaster cornersWet wall surface, Paint neat cement mortarPlaster mortar of bottom mortarPlaster mortar of top mortar墙面（砼面）处理Wall surface(Concrete surface) Treatment放线及设立基准抹浆点Setting out& Establish base plastering point润湿砖墙表面Wet brick surface抹第一层砂浆Plaster the1st course mortar抹最后一层砂浆Plaster the last course mortar养护Curing3) 室内大面积施工前，应先做样板，经QSC、DAELIM等相关单位评定合格后再大面积施工；Before indoor construction, the master pieces should be prepared and submitted to QSC, DAELIM and related Sections for review and approval.4) 检查墙体垂直度和平整度，找好规矩，从四大角起吊垂直线打灰饼，间距不大于2m；Check the verticality and levelness of wall to measure angles; Place the marl biscuit from the four corners, and the intervals is not larger than 2m.5) 底层灰前应予先湿润墙面，抹灰时要用力抹压，将浆挤入墙缝中，以达到糙灰与基层紧密结合目的；Before plastering the bottom course, the wall surface shall be wetted. Compressively plaster to make the mortar into wall joints to let coarse mortar tightly connect with base course.6) 阴角处用尺枋靠直；The foot fang is used to straighten the internal corner.7) 室内墙面、柱面及门洞口的阳角应用1:2水泥砂浆做护角线，每侧宽度不小于50mm，其高度不应小于2000mm;The cement mortar of 1:2 shall be used to make protection moldings for indoor wall surface, column surface and external corners at the entrance, the side width and height cannot be respectively less than 50mm and 2000mm. 8) 在进行面层施工时，要求用铝合金靠尺依据灰饼进行刮灰补抹，以确保面层抹灰的平整度和垂直度；During surface course construction, the aluminum alloy running rule is used to scrap and repair according to marl biscuit, in order to ensure the levelness and verticality of surface course.9) 在面层抹灰完成后，马上用靠尺进行验收检查，以确保抹灰质量是否受控，对没有合格部分马上进行处理，以确保抹灰质量；After completion of surface course, the inspection and acceptance is immediately done by running rule. For the unqualified part, the repair is requested to achieve the required quality.10) 注意预留洞口的修抹；Repair the reserved holes.11) 各层抹灰的落地砂浆应及时清除干净，避免地面出现锅巴；Clean the debris of mortar to prevent adhesive pieces on ground. 12) 成品保护：接线盒（开关盒）用纸堵严；Finished product curing: Fill the junction box (switch box) with paper.13) 质量要求：Requirements of Quality 墙体孔洞用实心砖和水泥砂浆堵实，不得出现空隙； Fill the wall holes with solid brick and cement mortar without gaps. 墙体宜先洒水湿润，但抹灰时墙面不显浮水； Wet the wall by water, but no flowing water on surface when plaster 要求平整度不大于3mm，垂直度不大于4mm； The levelness and verticality are respectively less than 3mm and 4mm. 抹灰完成后，加强墙体抹灰养护35天。 After plastering, the curing shall be lasted for 3 to 5days.3. 涂料施工Coating Construction1) 表面处理Surface Treatment被涂表面必须清洁、干燥、无油；结构应平整、坚实、不起粉。The painted surface shall be clean, dry, and without oil; The structure shall be leveling, tough and without powder.2) 施工条件 Required Conditions 底材表面要完全清洁The base material surface shall be totally clean； 环境湿度应在85%以下The relative humidity is below 85% 墙壁需充分干透； The wall shall be thoroughly dried.3) 施工注意事项 Construction Notes 施工前先阅读使用说明；To be acquainted with instruction before construction. 开罐后充分搅拌罐内油漆；Completely vibrate the paint inside of jar after opening. 如有需要可按说明加入适量的水，切忌加入超过30%的水过度稀释；If required, the appropriate water can be added as per the instruction, but 30% of water is the max volume. 施工时避免让漆刷或滚筒沾上过量的油漆；Avoid adhering excessive paint on the brush or roller during construction. 已稀释的油漆不要倒回原包装内；The diluted paint cannot be returned to the original jar. 请尽快用完已开罐的产品。Use the product as soon as opened.4) 稀释方法：视施工的难易程度和温度的不同可加到20%的清水稀释，切忌过度稀释。刷涂或滚涂：通常加一份水到510份油漆中（10%20%）。 Dilution Method: As per the construction situation and weather, the water of 20% volume can be added but not exceeding. Brushing or Rolling: regularly add one part water into 510 parts paint( 10%20%).5) 涂料干燥时间：标准厚度的单涂层，温度在25oC左右且相对湿度在50%以下时，指触干为3060分钟；干燥时间会随温度和湿度的变化而变化。Dried Time of Coating: For the single coating course of regular thickness, if the temperature is 25oC, the time shall be 3060 min for touch dry and the time will change according to the different temperature and wetness.6) 涂装间隔时间：温度在25oC左右且相对湿度在50%以下时，间隔时间为120180分钟Coating Interval: If the temperature is 20oC and the relative humidity is under 50%, the interval is 120180 minutes.7) 存放地点：通风良好的阴凉干燥处；Store Yard: Dry, Cool place with ventilating well 8) 安全注意事项：Safety Requirements 打磨墙面时应戴上适当的口罩； Appropriate mask are requested during abrading wall surface. 油漆使用及待干过程中要保证有良好的通风环境； Vent
