产品 零件三维图形,以附件一存档。 UG/OPEN GRIP 编制程序,及其说明书,以附件二存档。 零件工程图,以附件三存档。 2.2 主要功能及性能 本次设计建立的实例库,能满足工成人员的应用,为柴油机产品开发提供基础实例零件。建立的实例库有良好的人机界面。 2.3 用时 整个毕业设计过程从 3 月 31 日到 6 月 20 日,包括了毕业实习、 UG 系统 及柴油机设计理论的了解,三维实体零件的建立及程序的调试和绘制工程图,毕业论文和程序相关说明书等的撰写。 UG/OPEN GRIP 编制程序及说明和毕业设计论文工作在盐城工学院 CAI 机房完成,三维零件的建立及工程图在江动集团技术中心完成。 2.4 进度 3.31-4.14 了解 UG 系统,以及柴油机设计理论 4.15-5.10 进入对课题全面把握阶段 5.11-6.12 对凸轮轴总成,气缸盖总成进行三维建模,进行 UG/OPEN GRIP 编制程序建立实体零件模型,并绘制工程图 6.13-6.20 完成 GRIP 程序说明书,及毕业设计说明书 3 评价 3.1 生产率评价 nts整个毕业设计工作为本人独立完成。 3.2 技术方案评价 实例库经过本人的不断调试和反复修改,已经能够满足一般用户的使用要求。 3.3 产品质量评价 实例库中的零件模型良好,调用方便。 4 经验与教训 在毕业设计过程中,我学到了许多建立零件模型的方法,对编程建立实体模型有深层次理解
