Unit3Could you please clean your room?教学设计单元教材分析: 本单元是新目标八年级下册第三单元Section A 部分。话题为“chores and permission”家务活和许可。教学内容贴近学生生活,学生有一定学习兴趣。本单元的语言目标是学会提出礼貌请求以及寻求对方许可(make polite requests and ask for permission)。教学目标(Teaching Aims)一、语言知识目标 (Knowledge Aims)重点词汇(vocabulary):rubbish, fold ,sweep, floor, mess有用词组(phrases):take out the rubbish do the dishes sweep the floor fold the clothes make the bed clean the living room重点句型(structure of sentence)-Mary, could you please sweep the floor? -Yes, sure.- Could you please do the dishes, Tom? Im going to clean the living room.- No problem. - Could I use the computer?- Sorry. Im going to work on it.- Could I watch TV?- Yes, you can. but first you have to finish your homework.二、语言能力目标(Ability aims)1. 学会如何做出礼貌且得体的请求;2、学会针对礼貌请求给予恰当应答;3、培养学生语言综合运用能力,本课时侧重听说技能的提高三、情感目标(Emotion aims)培养学生合作意识、劳动意识,帮助学生学会关心他人,感恩父母教学过程:Teaching processTask One What kinds of chores do you usually do ?Step One Revision1. Greetings.Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to see you again. How are you today?Whats the weather like today?2. Ask students what hobbies do they have and what and where they could volunteer.I like playing basketball, so I could teach kid how to play basketball. (设计这一环节复习第二单元内容)Step2 Presentation1. Boys and girls, I want to know who usually cooks meals for you. Collects some different answers from the students.( Maybe the teacher uses You parents are busy and tired. We could do something to help them.)2. For example, lets check the answers together.)Task Two Make polite requests and ask for permissionStep 3 PresentationThe teacher shows the polite way to make requests.Ask students to compare two ways of requests.Peter, sweep the floor!Could you please sweep the floor,Peter?Then give the permission to the students. Yes, sure. No problem.If you cant, you can say Sorry, Im going to . Or I have to Practice with different studentsStep 4. practice in groupsShow a model on the screen .A: Could you please clean the living the room, Tony?B: Yes, sure. Could you please do the dishes, Tom?C: Sorry, Im going to meet my friend later.B; Could you do the dishes, Linda?D. No problem.Then ask students to practice in groups of four. Invite several groups to show their conversations.( 教师评价时要使用鼓励语言。 You did a good job. Youve made great progress. Youll do better next time.以及 Dont be afraid.
