Students read the sentences, make sure they understand them.Learn the new words and phrases:Explain and extension:What do/does +主语+ think of ? 用于询问他人的看法,与How do/does +主语+like ? 句型同义,意为“你认为怎么样?”例如:What do you think of your English teacher? =How do you like your English teacher?B. 1b. Not everyone knows what they want to be.不是每个有都知道自己要做什么。not everyone “不是每一个人”,是一种不完全否定形式。类似的有:not all .(= all.not) “并非都.;不是所有的都.”not both.(= both.not) “并非两个.都.”not every.(= every.not)“不是每个.都.”Examples: Not everyone likes cakes. Not every book is interesting. I dont want both two dictionaries.5. Just make sure you try your best. 保证尽自己的最大努力。make sure “确信,务必,查明,弄清楚”。常用于祈使句中,表示请求或要求对方按照要求做某事,后接牫 引导的宾主从句或of短语。Examples: We made sure of our seats for the film. Hes going to take acting lessons. 他打算上表演课。take.lessons(= have.lessons) 上.课Example: Are you going to take/have dancing lessons?3. Im going to write articles and send them to magazines and newspapers.我打算写些文章并把它们寄给杂志社和报社。send sb. sth.= send sth. to sb. “把某物送给某人”Example: Tom sent me a present.= Tom sent a present to me. be going to 的用法(1)“be going to + 动词原形”表示将来的打算、计划或安排。常与表示将来的Tomorrow, next year 等时间状语或when引导的时间状语从句连用。其各种句式变化借助be动词完成。Be随主语有is, am, are的变化。 肯定句:主语+ be going to + 动词原形 + 其它。 Example: He is going to take the bus there. 否定句:主语+ be not going to + 动词原形 + 其它。 Example: He isnt going to take the bus there. 一般疑问句: Be + 主语+ going to + 动词原形 + 其它? 肯定回答:Yes, 主语 + be. 否定回答:No, 主语 + be not. Example: Is he going to take the bus there? Yes, he is.(肯定回答) No, he isnt.(否定回答)特殊疑问句:疑问词 + be + 主语 + going to + 动词原形 + 其它? Examples: What is he going to do this weekend? When are you going to see your aunt?(2)表示位置移动的动词如go, come, leave等常用进行时表示将来。 The bus is coming. 汽车就要来了。 His parents are leaving for Shanghai next week. 他的父母亲们下周要去上海。 Step 6 Summary 1.
