To retell Ben Smiths story.Teaching difficult points:To use the target words and expressions to retell Ben Smiths storyTeaching proceduresStep 1 PREREADING Let the students Open their books and turn to Page22 and close them.Try to do the same thing without their hands.Talk about how they feel about that.Step 2 WHILEREADING 1. Ask Ss to read the first paragraph and try to answer questions.2. Let Ss predict what they are going to read in the next three paragraphs according to the first paragraph and the picture3. Ask Ss to choose the structure of the passage.4. Read more carefully and finish 2d.5. Answer questions6. Choose to be Lucky/Ben Smith ,try to retell Ben Smiths story with the mind map on the blackboard.Step 3 AFTERREADING 1. Discuss in groups and share.2. Watch the ad and try to use the ta
