本节编写:广州市华侨外国语学校陈晓莉老师审定:广州市华侨外国语学校陈晓莉老师本设计由天河区员村小学赖文老师提供小学英语(广州版)五年级第五册Module 1 Unit 1 Dialogue天河区员村小学 赖文一、教学内容分析本模块的话题是Routines and Dates(日常生活安排和日期)。它包括Unit 1 What is our life like?(我们的生活是怎么样的?)和Unit 2 How many terms do you have in a school year?(你一个学年有多少学期?),主要谈论日常生活和月份日期等不同的话题,以及在Unit 3 Lets go further中附加更多有关festival(节日)的单词,并让学生进一步学习巩固如何去谈论日常生活。语法知识方面,本单元主要是让学生进一步学习一般现在时第三人称单数的语法和频度副词的用法等有关的内容,以及掌握12个月份的名称、日期的表达方法和序数词的读法和一些用法。同时通过中外学生安排的对比让学生了解到一些中外文化差异,开阔他们的视野,也希望学生学会合理安排自己的生活,养成珍惜时间的好习惯。二、教学目标(一)语言知识目标1. 语音(1)能准确读出Sound Family的字母组合的元音音素, 知道字母组合的基本读音。(2)能准确读出动词在第三人称单数时加s, es 后的读音。2. 词汇(1)“四会”掌握词汇tomorrow, start, always, never, before, London, toy, weekend, open, museum, quite, walk, drink, first, autumn, second, winter, third, spring, summer, September, end, December, January, April, begin, May, July, February, March, June, August, October, November, fifth, eighth, ninth, twelfth, twentieth, date(2)“四会”掌握词组和习惯用语go to work, do some reading, surf the net, Childrens Palace, go for a walk, take exercise, after class, How often?,on holiday, New Year, Chinese New Year, Childrens Day, Teachers Day(3)“三会”掌握词汇:surf, net, palace, term3. 句型重点复习:Would you like to go to school with Yongxian tomorrow, children?Yes, that would be fun.I usually get up at 8 oclock.Do you ? Yes, I do./No, I dont.I like the life in China.How many terms are there in your school year, Rose?There are four.Does your spring begin in May? Yes, it does. / No, it doesnt.重点学习并掌握:What time does school start? At seven thirty.Yongxian always gets up at six thirty.I never get up before seven thirty.I sometimes eat noodles at my friend Sarahs.How often do you watch TV, Li Hong?I watch TV every evening.When does the autumn term start? It starts in September and ends in December.We are always on holiday in summer terms.(二)语言技能目标1. 能正确使用频度副词;2. 能运用所学讨论自己和他人的routines(生活安排);3. 能运用所学准确表达日期。(三)学习策略目标1. 联系实际生活,增强学生学习的兴趣;2. 利用构词法的有关规律学习生词,并以旧带新,降低新内容的学习难度;3. 在学习过程中,加大学生运用语言的频率,以帮助学生尽快熟悉所学的新知识。(四)情感态度目标 1. 积极与人交往,提高说的能力;2. 通过运用情景、媒体和活动等教学方式主动获取信息;3. 积极与他人合作,共同完成任务。(五)文化意识目标1. 了解英国学生的日常生活情况;2. 了解英国学校的学期设置情况;3. 了解欧美国家的一些节日的日期。三、教学重、难点1. 本单元的“四会”词汇和短语;2. 一般现在时在第三人称单数时的用法,特别是下面的句型:(1)What time does school start? 和 When does autumn term start? 及其回答;(2)How often do / does ? 及其回答。四、教学策略1. 利用图片、录音、课件以及网络资源联系实际生活创设情景,让教学情景化;2. 本课生词较多,采用拼写的相似降低学生学习难度,如:September, November, December等;3. 听说为主,让学生在听说操练中加深对新知识的理解和运用;4. 教学梯度上应先易后难,层层推进,以减轻学习难度;5. 进行任务型教学,让学生学以致用,帮助学生理解和掌握所学知识。五、相关模块时间表达:四年级上册的Module 5 Time较为系统地学习了除第三人称单数以外的用法。 一般现在时:四年级下册Unit 11 Radio and Television 进行了初步学习。How many? 句型则在三年级上、下册的Unit 17都有系统的学习。六、课时划分建议课时教学内容英语活动手册使用建议划分理由第一课时Unit 1 Dialogue 通过情景引入,利用课件让学生学习并初步理解课文,整体体验情景性的课文。第二课时Unit 1 Work with Language & Fun with LanguageP2,Ex3让学生在Fun with Language的游戏中复习频度副词,进一步熟练使用课文中的句型,寓教于乐,并归纳语言知识。第三课时Rhyme, Sing Along & Exercise完成Unit 1的其他练习通过歌曲、游戏及相关练习复习本课知识,培养学生灵活运用知识和综合运用语言的能力。第四课时Unit 2 Dialogue & Sing AlongP6,Ex3初步学习本课的知识点,学习歌曲为新课的展开做铺垫。在学习Unit 1的基础上整体体验情景性的课文。第五课时Unit 2 Work with Language & Fun with Language巩固Dialogue中所学的知识,并运用到情景交际中去。归纳语言知识,并加以巩固。培养学生灵活运用知识和综合运用语言的能力。第六课时Unit 3 Project, Additional Words & Exercise完成Unit 2的其他练习回顾英语日期的表达,并在新任务中进一步熟练使用。第七课时Sound Families & ExerciseP10,Ex2归纳总结发音规律。第八课时Unit 3 Story Time,Did You Know? & Selfassessment完成Unit 3的相关练习拓展学生的课外语言知识以及外语文化背景知识,注意学生工作自我评价反馈的信息,及时理解自己的学习情况,并采取相应措施进行调整。七、教学设计第一课时一、教学内容分析Unit 1 What Is Our Life Like?二、教学目标(一)语言知识目标1.词汇:tomorrow, start, always, never, before, London, toy, weekend, open.2.句型Would you like to go to school with Yongxian tomorrow, children?Yes, that would be fun. What time does school start? At seven thirty.(二)语言技能目标1. 学生能较流利地朗读课文,并能用所学知识自己和他人的日常生活安排;2. 通过课文的学习,学会与他人交往。(三)学习策略目标1. 通过新旧知识的对比,提高学习的效率;2. 联系生活实际,使学习的内容更容易接受;3积极与同学老师交往,提高说的能力;4订出学期的学习计划。(四)情感态度目标通过学习,体会学习的乐趣。(五)文化意识目标了解英国学生的日常生活情况。四、教学过程(一)热身与准备1学习第4页的顺口溜。(注意频度副词的理解。)2自由交谈(Free Talk)。本课要谈论日期,所以在准备阶段复习星期天到星期六的说法以及如何问星期几的句型:1. T: How are you, children? What day is today? How many days are there in a week?(二)引入新内容T: Today is , then tomorrow is Whats the Chinese for tomorrow?(板书并学习tomorrow, 可以分音节记忆这个单词: tomorrow)。2. Suppose, today is What day is tomorrow? (用日历操练这个句型。)3. T: What time do you usually get up? Would you like to go to school with Yongxian tomorrow?4. T : (出示学校的时间表) 提问并学习单词school, start:What time do our school start? At seven thirrty? At?(出示Yongxian学校的时间表)What time does Yongxians school start? (二)呈现与操练通过课文课件展示Tom 和 Rose以及有关他们日常生活安排(routines)的相关图片,进行介绍。1. T : This is Tom and Rose. Theyre from London. Tom never gets up before seven thirty. Rose usually gets up at 8 oclock. (学习频度副词及其他新单词,同时复习动词第三人称单数时的用法。)2. Game:分小组运用频度副词造句,看哪组造的句子最多。S1: My mum often goes home at 500. S2: My dad never goes home before 500.3. 在教师的帮助下,学生描述Tom 和 Rose的routines。4. 分步呈现课文。课文背景介绍:Tom and Rose are brother and sister. They are from Britain. They come to visit their pen friend Yongxian in Guangzhou, China. Now they are at Yongxians home.(1)先看下列问题,再观看课件第一、二段。边呈现边回答教师准备的问题。并板书学生回答的内容:T: What time does Rose get up? S: She gets up at eight oclock. T: What time does Yongxian get up? S: He gets up at six thirty. T: Does Tom get up before six thirty? S: No, he never gets up before six thirty.(要求学生注意上述句子划线部分动词和助动词的变化。) (2)继续观看课件第三段并回答下列问题,看课件前先读板书了好的句子,并板书学生回答的内容:T: How often does Rose eat noodles?S: She eats noodles very often. Sometimes she eats noodles at her friend Sarahs.T: How often does Yongxian eat noodles? S: He always eats noodles.T: Does Tom and Roses mother eat noodles? S: No, their mother never makes noodles.(要求学生注意上述句子划线部分动词和助动词的变化;此处引入How often?句型,为第二课时铺垫。)(3)带着下列问题看课件第四段,板书下面的句子,教师板书学生回答的内容。 T: What time do Rose and Tom go shopping? S: They go shopping at the weekend. T: What time do Yongxian and his parents go shopping? S: Yongxian and his parents go shopping after dinner. T: What time does Rose go to bed?S: She goes to bed before nine thirty.T: What time does Yongxian go to bed?S: He goes to bed after nine thirty. He never goes to bed before nine thirty.T: Does Rose like the life in China? S: Yes, she does.(要求学生注意上述句子划线部分动词和助动词的变化。)5. 全班跟课件朗读课文一次。(三)巩固与操练方案一:1. 根据提示,复述课文大意。Yongxians school at seven thirty. So Yongxian gets up at six thirty. Rose usually up at 8 oclock. And Tom gets up seven thirty. Yongxians mum makes noodles at home. Rose noodles at her friend Sarahs. Toms mum never noodles. Tom and Rosego shopping at the. In China, the shops are stillin the evening. So Yongxian and his parents go shopping after dinner.Tom and Rosego to bed at about eight thirty.
