say something like Some active content has been disabled or Macros have been disabled Click the Options button to the right of the warning On the Microsoft Office Security Options window make sure that the digital certificate says that the file is from the National Academy of Sciences Select Trust all documents from this publisher Click OK Try the Accept button again You saw a Security Warning when you opened this file You need to close the file and reopen it When the Security Warning appears make sure the digital signature is from the National Academy of Sciences and select the Always trust macros from this source checkbox then click the Enable Macros button Try the Accept button again You saw the message Macros are disabled because the security level is set to Very High when the file opened To run macros you need to lower your security setting On the top menu go to Tools then Macro then Security If the Security Level is set to Very High you need to change it to High Then click OK Close the file and re open it When the file opens again you should get a Security Warning Make sure the digital signature is from the National Academy of Sciences and select the Always trust
