In this paper, through the plenty of investigation, to modify a kind of manual operation as the foundation, pressure rated for 20WPa high-pressure maintenance equipment. This paper mainly made by hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder, motor, jack, body, frame, accessory device consisting of hydraulic system design. Finally, after completion of modification of half axle sleeve tube dismantle installed through the necessary control, safety and stability etc., the main vehicle performance of calculation and analysis, the calculation results show that the vehicle performance meet the requirements.
