Section A The first period(1a-1c)教学内容 Section A(教材P19)教学目标 知识与能力1、 掌握有关物品的新名词:table, bed, bookcase, sofa, chair, schoolbag, books, keys。2、 熟练运用介词in, on, under。3、 熟练运用where问句及其回答。4、 掌握名词单复数及人称代词they的用法。 过程与方法 采用Pairwork和classwork的学习策略,利用教学图片来展开课堂Pair work问答式的口语交际活动,使学生学会基本句型Wheres my schoolbag? Its under the table.”及对方位介词的理解和掌握。 情感、态度价值观 1、该部分学习内容贴近学生的生活,培养学生整齐摆放自己物品的生活习惯,促使学生了解自己的家居环境,热爱自己的家。 2、通过小组对话、讨论等一系列的课堂活动,培养学生的合作精神。教学重、难点及教学突破 重点 1、学习运用重点句型Where?问句的用法;语法焦点在于学会运用方位介词“oninunder”表达物品的位置。 2、新单词table, bed, bookcase, sofa, chair, schoolbag, books, keys。 难点 1、能够运用where问句找到物品的位置。 2、能够准确运用方位介词描述物品所在的位置。 教学突破 通过使用方位介词oninunder 表达物品的位置及学习Where?”问句的用法。使学生会区别特殊疑问句。教学准备 教师准备 制作多媒体课件,准备学习用品的实物。 学生准备 1、搜集自己学习用品名称,及思考如何表示物体的方位。2、预习生词教学过程:Step one: Greeting and introduction.T: Hello, boys and girls. Im Miss Li. Nice to meet you.T: Lets enjoy the song. OK. Lets begin our class. Today were going to learn Unit 4.Step Two: Leading-in1、Revise the new words of Unit4.Teacher shows some pictures and say: (The student who can answer the questions quickly will have a small gift, a candy.)T: Whats this?Student1: Its a/an.(ruler, eraser, pencil, pencil box, dictionary, book, pen, schoolbag.)2、New wordsTeacher shows some pictures and ask the students :T: Whats this? (Help the students with the answers, Lead-in the new words.)Ss: Its a bed.T: Very good. Read after me: bed. (The other new words teach in the same way: a sofa, a desk, a chair,a bookcase, a table, some books, a set of keys.) 3、Do 1a,Match the words with the things in the picture .Then check the answers. 4、Preposition The teacher shows some pictures to ask the students:T: Where is the girl?” (Lead-in prep: on/in/under, help them with the answers)Ss: She is oninunder the box. (Repeat“oninunder和sentence.)Step Three: New sentences1、Teacher shows a book on the hand ,then put it on the table. T: Wheres my book?(Help students with the answer) Ss: Its on the table. Teacher shows two more real things and ask the whole class to answer.(keys, ruler, schoolbag)A: Wheres my eraser?B: Its under the pencil box.A: Wherere my keys?B: Theyre in the schoolbag.2、Practice: Show some pictures to ask some students to answer.A: Where is/are? B: Its/Theyre3、Pairwork (1)T: Look at the pictures and then make the conversations with your partner. A: Wheres the ? B: Its in/on/under the A: Wherere the? B:Theyre in/on/under.(2)T: Use your things and then make your own conversations.(Students may enjoy making conversation like that above using personal possessions in the classroom.)A: Wheres the ? B:Theyre in/on/under.Step Four: Listening-Practice1、Listen to 1b and number the things in the picture.2、Check the answers:1、books,2、schoolbag,3、computer game,4、keys.(Choose a student to tell the answer)Step Five: Activity Act: 教师把一件物品展示给同学们,如a pencil,叫三位同学上来背对着黑板,另外叫一个同学上来用最短的时间把这件宝物收藏在一个地方(按照老师提供的位置),然后这三位同学就用Wheres the pencil?句型去询问其他同学宝物的位置,其他同学只能用Its in/on/under但是不可以说出具体在哪个位置,最先找到宝物者获胜,并能获得一件宝物 T: I will give you a gift after you act. B: Its on/in/underStep Six: Memory challenge1、 Show a picture of a room .T: Remember where the things are in the picture for one minute. The things will disappear after one minute.
