摘要本毕业论文是有关双鸭山矿业集团公司顺发煤矿建设项目地表水环境影响评价专题报告。该论文分析说明了煤矿开发建设活动和生产活动，将会产生大量的生产和生活污水，如果采取的防治措施不及时不恰当就会给建设项目周围地表水环境造成很大的污染和破坏，因此，我们必须对该项目进行环境影响评价。本文所做专题通过对顺发煤矿矿井及选煤厂项目的工程分析，工程概况和地表水环境调查等，对该拟建项目开发活动特征、基本情况和区域地表水环境的水文水利特征进行了全面了解；并且分别运用单因子标准指数法和完全混合模式对该地区地表水环境质量进行了现状评价和预测评价，结合“达标排放”、“总量控制”的目标，得出了项目所在区域内仍有环境容量和项目建设不会对地表水保护目标造成严重影响的论断；通过对各种水污染治理设施的技术、经济和环境论证，得到相对最合理的环境保护对策和措施，把因人类活动而产生对地表水环境造成的不良影响限制在最小范围和最低程度；同时，依据国家和地区的各项法律、法规，确保所制定的环境保护措施得以有效实施，制定了严格的环境管理和环境监测制度；最终，通过综合论证得出该项目从地表水环境方面来考虑是切实可行的结论。关键词：地表水环境影响评价 矿井涌水 煤泥水Abstract This graduation thesis is concerns the Shuangyashan mining industry group company along to send the coal mine items of basic construction surface water environmental impact assessment report on a special topic.
