摘 要 汽车是 21 世纪最显著的人文标志之一，它改变了人们的生活方式以及时空和价值观念，为人类社会的物质财富和精神文明作出了巨大的贡献。它是唯一的一种零件以万计，产量以百万计，保有量以亿计的且能走入千家万户的高技术产品。纵观世界各工业发达国家的历史，无一不是遵循通过汽车工业的发展从而带动其它相关行业发展这么一条发展规律。汽车工业发展的水平不仅反映了一个国家经济发展和人民生活的水准，而且也反映了一个国家科学技术和文明的水平 . 作为汽车车身制造的关键装备 -汽车覆盖件模具是制约汽车更新换代的瓶颈环节，其设计 、制造速度直接制约着汽车工业的发展。传统覆盖件模具设计制造过程中存在设计制造周期长、信息共享程度低、依靠经验设计，其结果难以预测以及冲压工艺设计效率低等问题，难以实现快速响应制造的要求。本文针对汽车覆盖件模具 CAE/CAD/CAM 集成的理论和方法进行了深入的研究和探索，研究内容可概括如下： 1.综述了汽车覆盖件模具的发展前景和国内外汽车模具 制造技术的 发展以及我国在模具制造中面临的问题； 2.汽车覆盖件模具知识； 3.汽车覆盖件模具的加工方法，使用刀具； 5.
