_有了新加坡女佣的工作清单后，我这雇主安心多了！ 女佣问题，一直旷日持久的困扰着新加坡很多家庭。而最近，这个尖锐矛盾更是出奇的邪乎，从打打骂骂发展到杀人越货，真是各种绿林好汉+加勒比海盗的风采，不过，话又说回来，除去个别极端分子之外，大部分女佣又的确是家庭的好帮手，而且就工资价格与工作内容，与国内保姆相比较的话，那性价比肯定是完胜，你不要太介意我为什么和国内比，因为除了新加坡和中国，我也不知道其他地方的保姆行情，这也是硬伤，特别欢迎有对世界各国保姆行情谙熟的人来补充对比。虽然个案耸人听闻，不过需要请女佣的家庭还得继续过日子，不能因噎废食，而且我们也总是心存期待“遇到的是个勤奋诚实的女佣”，即使不太勤劳不太诚实，也至少是个正常人，不要狼子野心就好。去年开始，我终于也加入了聘请女佣的大家庭中，个中滋味真是百转千回，第一个女佣半途而废之后，朋友邻居们都开始为我提供无偿培训，纵观一下身边，再反思一下自己，我们中国人为什么不如新加坡人或香港人对女佣管理得好呢？我发觉了一个根本原因，那就是我们中国人从小就被教育没有阶级观念，全世界的劳苦大众兄弟姐妹都是一家人，所以在我们的心里，始终无法彻底的与女佣形成明确的阶级关系。中国人好面子，很多事情都喜欢给别人留有余地，这就导致了女佣们的得寸进尺，不知天高地厚，而新加坡人或香港人就可以很明确而严苛告诉女佣什么可以什么不可以，一点情面也不留，明确建立主仆关系，这是值得我们中国家庭借鉴的地方。我这个观点，你先不要急着跳脚，至少稍微想一下也好。跳过如何选择与培训女佣，反正新加坡政府已经那么贴心地为女佣准备了各种配套政策。作为雇主，我们也要坚强的站起来保护自己，从明确工作内容开始，今天就先来分享一个工作清单，这是我结合网上一个很流行的香港版女佣规范改编的，大家可以再根据自己家里的具体情况修改。香港原版就不放在这里，感兴趣可以自己搜索一下，那措辞之严厉，真是让我对自己的过往十分汗颜！需要特别说明的是，以下版本有不少地方有明显的语法错误，你先别急着给我挑错，我谢谢你，故意写成这样是因为我家女佣英文水平有限，太复杂怕造成误解而失去意义，当然你家女佣要是英文四六级水平的，完全可以改正过来，最好让女佣做下改正那才叫精彩！中英文并列是为了方便家里老爸老妈随时指挥监督女佣。WORK LIST工作清单Get up time起床时间: 6:15am (working dayand school day) (工作日)7:15am(weekend/PH and school holiday)（休息日/学校假期）Break time午休时间:2:30pm-3:00pm (not for going out day)（外出日除外）Sleep time睡觉时间:9:30pmAMonthly Housework每月工作-Clean the fans清理电扇-Clean exterior and interior of all drawers, cabinets andwardrobes清理所有抽屉、柜子、衣橱的内外部-Clean all doors and window frames清理所有门窗和窗框-Clean the sofa with baby oil沙发打油BWeekly Housework每周工作-Clean the kitchen wall tiles.清理厨房瓷砖-Clean exhaust fans and smoke hoods清理油烟机- Clean the exteriorand interior of the oven, microwave and garbage bin.清理烤箱，微波炉和垃圾桶内外部- Clean the exteriorand interior of kitchen cabinets清理橱柜内外部- Clean the fridge andwashing machine清理冰箱和洗衣机- Wash the floor mats清洗脚垫- Wipe clean TV, stereomix电视机除尘- Change bed sheets,pillow cases, quilt covers换床单，枕头套，被套- Vacuum beds除螨- Clean the dressingtable and mirror清理梳妆台，穿衣镜- Clean the exterior oftoy boxes清理玩具箱- Wash plastic shoesand school shoes on Friday evening刷鞋- Polish leather shoes(only for Sir on every Saturday morning)给皮鞋打油- Iron the clothes熨烫衣服CDaily Housework每日工作- Sweep and mop the floorwith detergent扫地擦地- Clean the tea tableand dining table擦茶几和餐桌- Clean the stove, sink,rice cooker, pan, pot after cooking煮饭后清洗所有厨具及炉灶- Clean and dry updishes, keep inside the cabinet at the end of day洗净擦干所有餐具，放回橱柜- Clean the kettle andwater bottle when necessary清理烧水壶和凉水杯- Clean the toilet bowldaily with detergent and dettol清洗马桶- Clean the whole bath room (mirror, cabinet, rack, sink, glass door,floor and all) every3 days, no need everyday每隔三天清洗整个卫生间- Clean all bookshelf,computer table清理书架电脑桌- Make up beds everymorning整理床铺- Clean all furnitureand decorations清理家具及摆设- Check if there is enoughwater in the hot pot and glass bottle确保热水和凉水壶有足够的水- Wash clothes by hand手洗衣服- Pick up gege and DONOT CHAT with other maids outside school接哥哥,不许和学校外的其他女佣聊天- Pick up didi and lookafter them when they are at playground接弟弟,看着他们玩- Shower for children给孩子冲凉- Dispose all thegarbage and clean the sink in the kitchen before go to bed睡前清理所有垃圾及水槽- Keep the living room,dining room, study room and bedrooms clean and tidy at all times时刻保持家里干净整洁-Put back childrens toys and belongings in their places整理孩子的玩具及物品- Use different clothfor different purpose, eg.cleaning furniture, cleaning dining table, dry updishes, washing basin and washing toilets etc.分类使用抹布- The cloth must be washand sunshine after use抹布用过后要洗净晒干DLook After Children照顾孩子-Always look after children and make sure they are cleanand safe all the time at home and go outside.保证时刻照顾好孩子-DO NOT shout and beat children不许打骂孩子-Ask Mdm before give any candy or soft drink to children给孩子吃糖或饮料前要问过雇主-Play with children when they need在孩子需要时陪他们玩-DO NOT leave the children at home alone as it is very dangerous and illegal, you will be dismissed at once if it occurs.不要让孩子单独呆在家里，一旦发现，立即解雇ECooking & Preparing Meals煮饭- Prepare breakfast准备早餐- Prepare lunch forgege给哥哥准备午餐- Prepare dinnermaterial or dinner (depends on Mdm request)准备晚餐材料或者指定晚餐-Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing or servingfood准备食物前洗手-Learn to cook chinese meals学习煮中式菜-Provide the children with good meals and make sure they finished when employer is not at home主人不在时，确保孩子们吃好喝好-Do not waste food不要浪费食物-Ensure that meals are prepared and served at the propertime保证按时准备好食物FGuest Reception & Follow Employer to others house招待客人及去别人家做客-When there are guests, must say hello and goodbye tothem, serving drinks and fruits.客人来的时候要打招呼，并倒水送水果-After the guests left, tidy up the place immediately客人离开后，整理好东西-Must say hello and goodbye to host, and say thank youwhen accept drink and food from host去别人家做客要与主人打招呼，接受东西要说谢谢-Look after children all the time when at others house时刻照看孩子-DO NOT CHAT with hosts maid不许和主人的女佣聊天-Help host to clean up dining table or kitchen upon Mdmrequest如果雇主要求，需要帮助主人清理餐桌及厨房GOthers其他-In case of illness, please tell employer身体不舒服要告诉雇主-All breakable items must be handled with great care.
