南通职业大学毕业设计(论文)摘 要本文主要对冲压模具及其自动送料机构的设计，它的工作过程如下：在送料之前，要先用手柄抬起万向联结节，以便在上下辊轴之间形成空隙，将薄板料从间隙穿过，然后按下手柄压紧入料。当上模回程时，通过曲柄摇杆机构中的摇杆带动下辊顺时针旋转，从而带动主动辊和从动辊同时旋转完成送料工作。当上模下行时，因为下辊的缘故，辊轴停止不动，接着就是完成冲压的工序了。当偏心轮再次回程，又重复上述动作，照此循环动作，达到间歇送料的目的。通过对冲压模具及其自动送料机构的设计，使三年所学的机械专业知识在实践中加深了认识，并且相当于进行了一次全面性的复习。AbstractThis article mainly to the ramming mold and the feed control organization design, its work process is as follows: In front of feeding, must use the handle to lift the rotary association tubercle first, in order to forms the crevice between about stone roller, the thin sheet from the gap traversing, then presses down the handle to contract into the material.
