Teaching aids: Multi-media player, white-board, PPT, chalks, boards. Teaching methods: speaking, writing. Learning methods: group cooperative learning、Teaching proceduresStep1. Preparation1. Greet the Ss. 2. Enjoy a video about Tony and Jack and think about “who has a healthier life? Why?”(目的:由两个同时进行的,生活习惯截然不同而又有趣的人物视频导入,引起学生的兴趣,启示性的字幕如“get up early”, “stay up late”等短语初步激活学生有关健康生活的短语,为接下来的头脑风暴做准备。观看完视频后,由提问自然引出话题。)3. Have a brainstorm about “how to keep a healthy life”.(目的:让学生省畅所欲言,激活学生的已有知识,为写作活动积累素材;由学生所说的众多词汇短语再归纳成三个方面:exercise, relaxing ways 和eating habits,最后形成一棵美丽茂盛的“healthy life tree”,不仅吸引学生的眼球,而且形象地展示了健康生活的重要性;用小组竞赛加分制,活跃课堂气氛。)Step 2. Presentation1.Show students a composition.学校举办倡导健康生活活动,请你以“Living a healthy life”用英语写一篇短文,与同学们分享你对健康生活方式的认识。 提示: 1.健康饮食; 2.多做运动; 3.学会放松;要求: 1.文章需包含提示的信息,并作适当发挥; 2.词数:100词左右。开头已给出,不计入总词数。 Living a healthy lifeIts important for us to live a healthy life.2. Present how to write the composition well and what a good composition is.3. Show a sample writing.4. Let ss rate the writing. (设计目的:通过展示范文,根据之前展示的一篇好作文的五要素,引导学生找出文中的亮点,提高学生的写作技能,为接下来写作文打好基础。)Step3. Practice 1. According to the suggestions about “How to write a composition”. Analyze (topic, person and tense)Task1: Analyze the topic, person and tense of the composition.(设计目的:让学生学会从作文的主题,人称,时态去分析,掌握写作的方向,并且可以拼手气抢红包加分,让学生带着好奇心自我挑战,激发学生学习热情和求知欲。)List Task2:List an outline according to the main points.Have healthy eating habits (eat more vegetables, drink more water.)Do more exercise (run, climb mountains )Learn to relax (listen to music, read books)(设计目的:让学生在实践中掌握如何根据要点列提纲:从要点到细节,从主要到次要。培养学生由点到面,由一到多的发散思维能力。拼手气抢红包加分的竞赛形式,让课堂气氛轻松活泼。)Task3: use the phrases in the outline to make sentences. Each group sends students to write sentences on the blackboard to compete. (Playing a piece of music to create an active atmosphere for three minutes)Correct the sentences.(设计目的:给出一些有用的句型,让学生自己根据提纲里的短语造句子,让学生会写句子,为写作铺路; 从句子中发现学生的问题,并对普遍性存在的问题和某些重难点句型进行突破,为写作扫除句型语法上的部分障碍;小组竞赛模式和激昂的音乐,使课堂气氛保持活跃。)WriteLet students write the composition. Each group sends 3 students to correct the compositions on the blackboard together according to the rating standards. Ask the leader of the three from each team to give the class a report about why they give such an assessment.2. If time permits ,let some other students show their writings assessments (设计目的:通过老师展示给分的依据和标准让学生自己改作文,让学生在学会改作文的同时,学习他人作文中的优点,发现并改正错误,完善不足之处,提高自己对写作的要求和标准的理解,更好地指导自己今后的写作。)Step5. Progress 1.
