There is a post office on Center Street.Sure. Just go along Main Street until you pass Center Street.过程目标 激活学生已有知识,复习表示场所的名词和相关日常生活活动的动词短语。通过自主学习、Classifying、Pair work、和 Retelling的学习策略,来展开课堂教学。其中,听力训练是输入部分, Pair work 问答式的口语交际活动和复述听力内容是输出部分。听力教学采取图文配对和对话填空或填表格的方式;口语教学采取 pair work 问答式的口语交际活动,复述听力内容等小组活动,让学生模拟日常生活场景进行操练、理解含义,学会运用目标语言并且注意语言的礼貌和得体。情感德育目标 通过核心语言操练,增强语言运用时的礼貌和得体性的意识,在交流中有意尝试和模仿运用书本中的礼貌用语。重点难点重点(1)熟练正确地运用礼貌语句问路和咨询信息。(2)礼貌得体地指路和提供信息。难点熟练正确地运用礼貌语句问路和咨询信息。教学构想教学思路1.激活学生已有知识,引入新课,活跃课堂气氛,引导学生积极思考,为下一个教学步骤做铺垫。2.为1b听力活动进行语言准备,满足不同英语学习水平的学生的需要,让学生整体感知语言,为下一步的语言输出做好准备。3. 让学生模拟日常生活场景进行操练、理解含义,内化新知识,逐步学会正确运用目标语言并且注意语言的礼貌和得体。4. 通过反复听录音,检测学生对对话大意,关键信息和细节的理解。5. 让学生模拟日常生活场景内化新知识,注意语言的礼貌和得体。6.梳理所学知识。Step 1 Revision Teacher says“My name is Li Pengfei.”“I come from No.12 Middle School.” Then teacher asks “What do I say ?”show “You say your name is Li Pengfei.”“You say you come from No.12 Middle School.”The teacher asks“Do you exercise every morning?” Then teacher asks “What do I ask ?”show “You ask if we exercised every morning.” The teacher asks “Are you tired ?” Then teacher asks “What do I ask ?”show “You ask if we are tired.”Review the Objective Clauses.Step 2 PresentationThe teacher says “I have a stomachache. Excuse me,could you please tell me where the restrooms are? Write the word“restroom”on the blackboard.Show“Excuse me ,could you please tell me where the restrooms are? ” Then show some stamps to students and present the new sentences: Excuse me, do you know where I can buy some stamps? Next the teacher says “I lost my English book.Excuse me,could you please tell me how to get to the bookstore?”The teacher says “Im hungry.I want to eat sugar. Excuse me, do you know how to get some sugar? Step 3 Practice The teacher may want to lead in to the activity by getting Ss to talk about the picture. The teacher make use of these prompts below:1. What places can you see in the picture?(post office,library,restaurant,bank,bookstore,department store)2. What are the names of the two streets?(Answers:Main and Center)The teacher can provide Ss with the opportunity for further practice in using the target language by getting Ss to substitute any of the answers for the speech bubbles with other possible answers.e.g.“Excuse me, could you tell me where I can get some money?”“Yes, theres a bank on Main Street.”Step 4 ListeningListen and complete the conversations in the picture in 1a. Then check the answers with the whole class. After that,let Ss close the books and read after the tape.Listen again and underline the places in 1b.Step 5 PracticeMake conversations using the information in 1a.Step 6 SummaryExcuse me, could you tell me where I can?Excuse me, do you know where I can?Excuse me, could you please tell me how to get to the bookstore?Excuse me, can you tell me when?Yes.
