It is said that in the agricultural society, people plant; in industrial society, man is an animal; the information society, return 杭州复兴7号地块12#、13#楼（清怡花苑） 施工电梯专项方案SCD200/200J、SSED100型施工升降机安拆方案编 制 人： 伍昌元审 核 人： 批 准 人：批准单位：杭州复兴建设工程公司编制日期：二三年六月二日SCD200/200J、SSED100型施工升降机安拆方案一、工程概况杭州清怡花苑12#、13#楼位于上城区复兴南街和海月路交叉口，北面临杭煤海月气化站，总建筑面积32000m2，建筑檐高52.8m，总长116.14m，二层以上两主楼12#楼长34.64m，13#楼长58.04m，消防通道宽6.8m。结构为框剪结构体系，地下一层为汽车库和人防区，地上1718层，工程总设计为杭州城建设计院，业主是复兴地区开发总指挥部，浙江山水监理负责现场的监理，由复兴建设工程公司总承包。本工程13#楼采用浙江建机厂生产的SCD200/200J型施工升降机（双笼），拟搭设高度75m（50节）；12#楼采用杭州永发机械工具有限公司生产的SSED100型（单笼）人货两用施工升降机，拟搭设高度70m（25节）。二、基座准备1、根据施工升降机使用说明规定和厂家设计要求以及现场实际情况，拟选择在13#楼轴/轴间设升降机基础，平面尺寸为48003700，厚300（高出顶板面100），此基础范围钢筋加强。2、施工电梯中心位置下设一400400的钢筋砼柱，柱底设一独立基础，防止冲击底板，其平面、剖面、及配筋详附图。3、做基础时预埋锚固螺栓，位置准确，螺栓外露部分涂以黄油保护。4、计算式附后。5、12#楼拟在轴间南侧地下室顶板上安装SSED100升降机（单笼），平面布置附图，此顶板原设计是考虑覆土，现因安装升降机需要，特对该安装区域局部梁钢筋加强：、KL13（6）6001200 轴段梁加高10cm（仍为上翻），梁上部主筋改为1625（8/8），下部主筋1625改为2025（10/10），原附加吊筋525改为625；、轴KL15（1）梁高增加10cm（上翻），上部贯通筋525改为725，支座处725改为925（7/2），下部主筋由1325改为1525（7/8），17轴KL18（2）配筋同此，梁高亦增加10cm；、L19在轴段梁高增加10cm（上翻），上部主筋525改为725（5/2），下部725改为925（4/5）；、轴施工升降机所在区域“+”字梁纵向附加吊筋均为525，同时升降机架体四角处相应梁底附加吊筋425，该区域板厚增加3cm。三、安装程序及要点1、安装大致程序：施工电梯部件运至安装地点装底笼和二层标准节装梯笼接高标准节并随设附墙支撑安装配重。其安装按安装说明书的程序和要求进行，拆卸顺序与安装相反。2、地基预埋件必须牢固可靠，外笼底盘与基础面接触良好，确保导轨架的垂直度，连接螺栓必须加弹簧垫圈拧紧。3、电梯部件的调整严格按规范和安装说明要求做好，确保电梯的安全、正常使用。四、使用注意事项1、电梯司机身体要健康，并持证上岗，严禁非司机开车；2、司机必须熟悉电梯的结构、原理、性能、运行特点和操作规程；3、严禁超载和防止偏重；4、班前、满载和架设时均应作电动机制动效果的检查（点动1m高度，停2min，里笼无下滑现象）；5、坚持执行定期进行技术检查和润滑的制度；6、司机开车时应思想集中，随时注意信号，遇事故和危险时立即停车；7、若出现以下各种情况，严禁运行施工电梯： 电机制动系统不灵活可靠； 控制元件失灵和控制系统不全； 导轨架和管架的连接松动； 视野很差及其他恶劣作业条件； 齿轮与齿条的啮合不正常； 限速或手动刹车器不灵； 润滑不良； 司机身体不正常； 风速超过12m/s（六级风）； 导轨架垂直度不合要求； 齿条与齿轮齿厚磨损量1.0mm； 限速器未按时检查与重新标定； 导轨架管壁厚度磨损超过1.2mm。8、记好当班记录，发现问题及时报告并查明解决。五、维护与管理1、施工电梯按规定及时进行维修和保养，一般为：一级保养160h；二级保养480 h；中修1440 h；大修5760 h。2、施工电梯采用定人定机管理办法，建立专机责任制度，由该机操作工人负责管理，经常检查和保养，若发现不正常，暂停使用，并请机械维修人员现场解决。3、严禁违章操作，加强日常的巡查管理。附：1、加柱附图2、计算式3、平面布置图施工升降机基础计算一、升降机荷载（按说明书、拟安装50节）P=（16002）+1480+（16750）+240+（13002）+（20002）0.02=398KNPmax=1.2P=1.2398=478KN，按480KN计算。二、梁下支撑柱 定为400400，配筋814，8150，C40商品砼l=3.75, l/b=3.75/0.4=9.4, 取l/b=10, 查表 =0.98由N0.9 ( fcA+fyAs)得：0.9 ( fcA+fyAs)=0.90.98(19.1400400+3001231)=3021KN柱受压承载力符合要求。三、柱对底板的冲切计算按Fl(0.7hft+0.15,m)umh。计算1=0.4+1.2/s=0.4+1.2/2=1.02=0.5+sh。/4um=0.5+40550/43800=2.0，取=1.0(0.71.01.71+0.151.0)1.03800550=2815KNFl=480KN, 符合要求。四、柱脚 定为23002300400，相当柱下独立基础pn=480/2.32=91KN/m2,M=1/24 pn(l-ac)2(2b+bc)=1/24 91(2.3-0.4)2(22.3+0.4)=68KNm底板配筋：As=M/0.9fyh。=68106/（0.9300350）=720mm2/m查表:12150双向配筋主蒸汽管道和高温再热蒸汽管道分别从过热器和再热器的出口联箱的两侧引出，然后汇成一根母管，到汽轮机前再分成两根支管分别接入高压缸和中压缸左右侧主汽关断阀和再热关断阀。Now, we are in a new historical stage of all-round construction of a well-off society.
