考勤制度wulogo 考勤制度Attendance Regulation1.目的Purpose为维护正常的工作秩序、强化全体员工的纪律观念及能对员工出勤进行公平合理的考核,做到有章可循,结合公司实际情况,制定本制度。 To maintain the normalwork order,strengthen allthe staffs conceptof disciplineand assurefair andreasonable assessmentof the employees attendance,guided inbination with the practicalsituation of the pany,hereby thesystem isformulated.2.范围Scope适用于公司全体员工It isapplicable to all NKTemployees.3.人员类别Staff Category1)白领员工White collar employees2)领班Foremen3)蓝领员工Blue collar workers4.工作时间Working Time1)公司执行标准工作时间,即每日工作8小时、每周工作40小时的标准工时制,公司保留根据经营需要适当调整工作时间的权利。 Execute standard working hours,that is,to work8hours a day,working40hours perweek ofstandardworkinghours system,the panyreserves the right toadjust working time aording to theneed ofbusiness.2)工作时间08:001630(白领)Working Time:08:001630(white-collar worker)08:00-16:00早班、16:00-00:00中班、00:00-8:00夜班(蓝领)08:00-16:00morning shift,16:00-00:00middle shift,00:00-8:00night shift(blue-collarworker)其中11001130蓝领员工午餐时间11201150白领员工午餐时间17201750晚餐时间Including11001130Blue-collar workerslunch time11201150White-collar workerslunch time17201750dinner time5.上下班打卡Punch in and Punchout1)蓝领员工严格执行考勤打卡制度,打卡机设置于二号门(NAC蓝领员工打卡机设置于一号门,与白领员工共用),并同时由部门考勤员如实记录蓝领员工每天出勤情况;蓝领员工必须在规定的时间在车间岗位正常工作,否则将视为迟到早退,将按照员工手册相关规定执行。 原则上每月工资结算以打卡机考勤记录为准,并同时与人工考勤记录核对。 如果考勤记录缺失并未配有相关请假申请,将严格按照员工手册相关规定执行。 蓝领员工如遇工作中需离开公司的,应向保安递交经领班签字确认的“临时出门证”后方可离开。 Blue-collar workersexecute astrict workattendance checkingsystem.The punchmachine is set in the NO.2Gate(NAC punchmachine for the blue-collar workersissetat NO.1Gate,sharing withwhite-collar workers),and at the same time departmentattendance checkingmember shouldtruthfully takethe attendancerecord ofblue-collaremployeesevery day;Blue-collar workersmust workintheworkshop poststhe normalat specifictime,otherwise theywill beregarded asa latearrival orearly leave,it will be implementedin aordance with the employee manualregulations.As formonthly wagesettlement,in principlethe punchmachine attendancerecords shallprevail;and theartificial attendancerecord will be checkedatthesametime.Any leaveswithout attendancerecord and there isno relevantapplication forleave willbe implementedstrictly aording to theemployee manualregulations.If theblue-collar workersneed to leave the pany duringthe workingtime,only whenthey submittheTemporary ExitFormwhich isconfirmed by their foremanwith signatureto thesecurity guardcan theyleave.2)白领员工、领班继续实行“弹性工作制”(即一天的工作时间由核心时间9001530和两头的弹性时间800 900、15301630所组成,员工必须保证在岗核心工作时间,以确保达到最佳工作效果,除正常请假之外的工作天数应保证平均每天8小时的工作时间),也需执行考勤打卡制度,打卡机设置于一号门,且由部门考勤员如实记录,员工每月在考勤表上确认签字;人事行政部考勤专员会每月抽查各部门考勤,对于缺勤状况严重的部门和人员,人事部门会按照员工手册相关规定执行。 The flexibleworkingtimeof inNO.1Gate,departmental attendancerecords should be takenfaithfully alongwith employeemonthly confirmationsignature;HR departmentwill randomcheck eachdepartment monthlyrecords.For anydepartments andpersonnel absencein seriouscondition,HR departmentwillbein aordancewith the relevant employeemanual provisionsto execute.6.假别Leave Type1)病、事假Sick,Personal Leave病假或者事假0.5天以下直接向上级领导提出口头申请,满0.5天及以上需总监批准。 二天以上病假必须提供乡级以上医院出具的建休证明给部门领导,获得领导批准后方可生效;长期病假按照相关法规享受医疗期待遇,复工必须在获得公司指定医院开具的健康恢复诊断书后方可恢复工作。 For less than0.5days forsick leaveor personal leave,an oralapplication toupper levelsupervisors/managers is required,for more than0.5days forleave thedirector approvalis needed.Two days of sickleave must be providedwith a medical certificateissued at least township hospitals.It willtake effectonly afterapproval fromdepartment headis given;Enjoy treatmentof medicaltreatment long-term sickleave in aordancewiththerelevantlaws andregulations,the panyhealth recoverymedical certificateissued by the designated hospital rearcan backto work.2)年休假Annual Leave.累计工作已满1年不满10年的,年休假5天;已满10年不满20年的,年休假10天;已满20年的,年休假15天。 For cumulativework more than1year andless than10years,annual leaveis5days;For10years andlessthan20years,its10days ofannual vacation;For more than20years,annual leaveis15days.年休假一般先由人力资源部审核,再由部门经理批准。 个人提出,或由公司统一安排休假。 年假可在当年度内累计休完,但当年剩余假期不得累计到第二年。 Usually annual leave shall be subjectto theexamination ofthe human resources department,and approved bythe department manager.Employee arousesapplication,or aholiday isarranged bythe pany.Annual leavecan bethe balanceoftheaumulated inthe currentyear,but theremaining vacationshall not be aumulatedinthenext year.年休假的申请与使用必须在您提交书面辞职报告之前(以HR接收时间为准),不得占用您在提出辞职之后30天的工作移交期。 Annual leave application andemploy mustbe usedbefore yousubmitting awritten resignationreport(HR receivingtime shallprevail),it shouldnot takeup yourtransition periodof30days beforeresignation.3)婚假Marriage Leave.员工请婚假时,必须本人持法定的结婚证,经部门经理批准,交人力资源部审核。 When staffasks forwedding leave,he/she musthold thelegal marriage certificate,approved bythedepartment manager,which isforthe humanresources department toaudit.达到法定结婚年龄者,有3天的婚假。 (结婚年龄男不得早于22周岁,女不得早于20周岁);达到晚婚年龄者,延长婚假10天。 (晚婚男年满25周岁,女年满23周岁以上结婚),再婚3天。 People oflegal agefor marriage,there are3days ofwedding leave.Marriage age:male(no earlier than22years old,female shall notbeearlierthan20years ofage).To marryat amature ageperson,extend10days ofwedding leave.(late marriage:reaching theage of25,female aboveatleast23years oldget married),remarried3days.婚假有效期为自结婚证开出之日起半年内有效。 Marriage leaveis validfor effectivenessfrom thedate ofmarriagecertificatefor halfa year.4)产假(需符合国家计划生育政策)Maternity Leave(mustbeinaordancewiththenational family planning policy).女职工正常生育者,产假98天;难产者,增加产假15天;多胞胎生育的,每多生一个婴儿增加产假15天;达到晚育年龄者,增加产假30天。 (晚育已婚女性24周岁以上或晚婚后怀孕生育第一个孩子)。 Female age,increasematernityleave for30days.(latechildbirth:married womenmore than24years ofage orpregnant thefirst childafter marryat amature age).女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的,享受15天产假;怀孕满4个月流产的,享受42天产假。 Female worker who ispregnant under4months of abortion,enjoy maternityleave15days;With4months pregnantofabortion,enjoy42daysofmaternityleave.女职工休假前需要有医院证明,经所在部门经理同意后,报人力资源部批准,方可休假。 Women need to haveamedical certificate beforeleave,after approvedbythedepartmentmanager,the humanresources departmentfor approval,before vacation.已婚男职工在妻子生育时,护理假为10天,请假时需提供本人结婚证、妻子的生育证及婴儿的出生医学证明。 Married menin wifewhen,nursing leavefor tendays,ask forleave whenI marriage,his wifes birthcertificates andisrequiredto providemedicalcertificateof birth.5)计划生育手术假Birth ControlSurgery Leave.节育手术假期按人口与计划生育实施办法的有关规定执行。 Contraceptive operationleave willexecute aordingto themeasures forthe implementationofpopulation andfamilyplanningrelevant provisions.请假时需提供乡级以上医院出具的休假证明。 Leave mustprovide theleave certificatemorethantownshiphospitals.6)哺乳假Breastfeeding Leave对有不满一周岁婴儿的女职工,给予2次/天的哺乳时间,每次30分钟,可合并使用。 The femaleworkerwhohas babyof discontentone year,giving lactationtime about2times/day,30minutes eachtime,can be used tomerge.7)丧假Funeral Leave直系亲属去世者,有3天的假日。 (岳/父母、外/祖父母、子女、兄弟姐妹)Immediate relativesdied,3days holidayis given.(Parents inlaw,grandparents,children,siblings)8)工伤假Work-Related InjuryLeave公司“工伤事故申报单”与由医院根据员工受伤的情况出具建休证明,部门领导根据建休证明安排假期。 Companydeclaration ofindustrial injuryaidentand issuedbythehospital aordingto theemployee injuredsituation builtHugh,department headsaordingtobuild provearrangements ofvacation.9)法定假Statutory Holiday元旦1天;春节3天;清明节1天;劳动节1天;端午节1天;中秋节1天;国庆节3天,具体休假安排请见假前通知。 New Years Day:1day;The SpringFestival:3days;Tomb-Sweeping Day:1day;Labor day:1day;The DragonBoat Festival:1day;The Mid-Autumn Festival:1day;National Day:3day,specific holidayschedule pleasesee falseadvance notice.注所有带薪假期(除年休假以外)不得分开使用,不得折现。 Note:All paidholiday(in additionto theannualleave)shallnotbeusedseparately,may notcash out.7.序请假程序Leave Application1)无论何种假别,一天以上员工需提前1天递交申请;三天以上需提前3天递交申请;五天以上需提前5天递交申请。 未按程序请假按“工作纪律行为规范”6.1条处理Any leave,morethanone daytheemployeeneeds toapply1day inadvance;More thanthree daysto beapplied3days inadvance;More thanfive daysshallbeapplied5days inadvance.Any violationwillbeexecuted aordingto article6.1work discipline-code ofconductprocessing.2)紧急状况下来不及履行书面请假程序者,必须先电话或短信向直接上司提出申请,被批准后方可认为按规定履行请假程序。 Any emergencyLeave mustfirst applydirect supervisorsto throughtelephone orSMS,a mittenapplication hasto besubmitted afterwords.3)请假0.5天以下直接向上级领导提出口头申请,满0.5天及以上需要总监批准,请假单应及时送交人力资源部审核存档,如证明材料不齐全,人力资源部有权视为事假或旷工处理。 For lessthan0.5days forleave,an oralapplication toupper levelsupervisors/managers isrequired;for morethan0.5days forleave thedirector approvalis needed.Request forabsence should be promptlyto theHR departmentaudit file,such asproof isnot plete,thehumanresourcesdepartmentshall have the right to aspersonalleaveor absenteeismprocessing.4)员工因病或工伤缺勤的,公司有权要求员工前往指定医院进行检查或复诊,以确认员工是否符合休假条件。 如员工未遵循以上规定,公司有权拒付工资。 如发现弄虚作假或在休假期间在外兼职等情形,公司有权立即解除其劳动合同,且不做任何经济补偿。 Due toillness orinjury absenceof employees,the pany shall havetheright to requiretheemployeeto thedesignatedhospitalfor inspectionor visit,to confirmwhether employeesmeet therequirements forthe vacation.Such asemployee didnot followthe aboverules,thepanyhas therighttorefuse topay wages.If discoverthe casesuch asfraud orduring avacation inthe outsidepart-time,panyshallhavetherighttoimmediately liftthe laborcontract,and donot doany economiompensation.5)对于未履行请假程序擅自离开工作岗位超过3天(含3天)或未经批准续假而超假者,视为旷工,按“工作纪律行为规范”6.5条处理。 Leave forfails toperform procedurestoleaveto workmorethan3days(including3days)or extendleave andbreak ones leavewithout permission,as absenteeism,aordingto thework discipline-code ofconductin article6.5.8.他其他Others1)取消原劳动合同补充协议书中“自愿放弃考勤管理制度和加班管理政策“的规定。 Cancel theoriginal laborcontract supplementaryagreementvolunteer togive upwork overtimeattendance managementsystem andmanagement policy.2)加班申请单Overtime applicationform白领&领班通过OA提交法定假日加班申请。 White-collar&Foreman:submit arequest forovertime instatutory holidayvia OA蓝领加班由领班向经理申请,法定节假日加班需由部门经理事先向运营总监申请,并由运营总监统一审批。 Blue-collar:Overtime needforeman applytothemanager,statutory holidaysneedtosubmit tothe operationdirector
