新目标英语九年级 Unit 10Section A 第一课时 教案设计Section A 第 I 课时一、教材分析:本课是新目标英语九年级上册第10单元,section A 的1a-2c部分。教材以 Tinas morning 为中心话题,围绕着描述过去发生的事情展开,学习和运用过去完时态。本课教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关,易于引发学生运用简单的英语进行交际和交流。在学习活动中,学生通过交换对Tinas morning的描述及自己早晨发生的事,学习运用过去完成时。二、教学目标:1. Knowledge Objects(1) Key vocabulary: by the time, oversleep, had gotten/left/started/rung(2) Target Language: What happened?/ I overslept/ By the time I got up, my brother had already gotten in the shower2. Ability Objects(1) Students can learn and use the new words.(2) Students can listen and speak the target language.(3) Students can narrate past events with the Past Perfect Tense3. Moral Objects(1) Let students know that they should have a good habit of going to bed early in the evening and getting up early in the morning. So youll never be in a hurry in the morning.(2) Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.三、教学重点与难点: 1、Teaching Key Points: (1)Key words(2)Narrate past events with the Past Perfect Tense2、Teaching Difficult Points:(1) Train the students to narrate past events with the Past Perfect Tense(2) Train the students to understand the target language in spoken conversation.四、教学方式: 以任务型教学为主,采用情景教学法、多媒体辅助教学法、交际法等方式,利用多媒体课件展开课堂学习,谈论过去的事情。五、教学用具:多媒体,互联网六、教学步骤:Step One: LeadingTell students what happened to me this morning. Then ask students the activities in the morning before schoolT: Ask students “Boys and girls, What did you usually do this morning before school?”Ss may answer: I washed my face and had breakfast.T: Well, from your answers, I know everyone has a lot of things to do in the morning. If we get up late in the morning, we will be very busy. So we should have a good habit of getting up early every day. 设计思路:通过老师对自己早晨的描述以及询问学生早晨上学前的活动情况引起他们对本节课的学习兴趣,把学生带到过去时的语境中,进而导出本节课的主角Tina。Step Two: Presentation 1. Teach the new words with the pictures in 1a.Let students look at the five pictures in 1a and answer what happened? T: What happened in Picture 1? S1: She got up lateT: Right. She got up late That means She overslept Use the same way to present the following phrases: “got in the shower”, “the bus left”, “ran to school”, “left her backpack at home”.2. Finish 1b (Let students read the three parts of the sentence, then listen and fill)Play the recording for the first time. (Students only listen)Then play it againStudents fill in the blanks, then check the answers by asking some students to tell their answers3.GrammarFirst, let students pay attention to the words of “by the time”, “had gotten”, “had left”.Second, encourage students to find out the new grammar and tell the difference between the past tense and the past perfect tense.Third, encourage students to make sentences with the past perfect tense.At last, the teacher explains the grammar in detail.设计思路:根据图片学生能够轻松的用过去时进行回答与谈论,通过group work的练习,学生们对上述几个词组有了一定程度的掌握,为下面新的语法结构-过去完成时的学习打下基础。通过听录音输入新的语法结构,体现学生的自主、合作、探究精神,学生从中感受成功的喜悦。Step Three: Consolidation 1. Help students finish 2a, 2b, tell them to take notice of the new grammar.2. Encourage students to practice in pairs about all the pictures about Tinas morning.设计思路:通过引导学生完成2a,2b的练习,进一步巩固和强化记忆,而“让学生看图叙述整个Tina早晨的活动情况”,不仅学生的课堂主体性体现得淋漓尽致,而且学生对所学内容会有进一步的理解和掌握。Step Four: SummarySum up the usage of the past perfect tense设计思路:通过学生总结,进一步考察学生新知识内化的程度。Step Five: Homework Make up an ending for the story.设计思路:在Section A第一课时涉及写的内容不是很多,为了弥补这一缺失,给学生布置编写Tinas morning 的故事结尾这样一个作业,并要求下节课和大家分享,促使学生把课堂上的兴趣延伸到课下,有助于进一步巩固课堂学习。七、教学反思:本课时
