If I can see it, then I can do it”的自我激励精神。1.2 Important and difficult teaching points教学重难点 教会学生应用“can”的不同句式“谈论个人能力”。2.0 Student analysis学情分析2.1 Fundamental State基本情况本单元的教学为七年级下期内容，学生已通过半年的初中英语学习，理应对初中英语学习的要求基本明白，并已基本适应初中英语学习，具备一定英语学习的基本技能，初步掌握一些英语基础知识，同时，由于中小学得跨度，有少部分学生在学习英语学科上开始显得吃力，甚至有部分学生有放弃的意识萌芽，经过两个月的暑假，在开学第一课除了要完成本单元课时的基本知识上的教学任务以外，教师更需要对学生的思想状态，情感态度进行正面引导。因此，本课时首先谈论学生本身已有的能力，然后对个人能力进行肯定，进而谈论加入俱乐部的话题.本节课有设置情景引导学生猜测词义，利用图片建立信息差，引导学生思考辩论，培养学生审辨式思维能力，从而最终实现本课时的教学目标。2.2 Knowledge Reserve知识储备 通过半年的学习和积累，学生积累了250左右的词汇量，接触到了基本的话题和功能项目。特别是Book 7A Starter Unit 2Whats this in English?与Unit 7 How much are these socks?中出现了Can you spell it? Can I help you?的功能句子的学习，学生基本知道can在句子中的意思和基本用法，为本节课谈论加入俱乐部，以及从听力中捕捉有关能力表达的信息奠定了知识基础。2.3 Class data本班实际（建议从中等水平的班级特点出发，分析哪些内容会引起学生的兴趣和思维，教师在课堂上要如何点拨和引导才能达到较好的效果，根据班级情况如何确定每一节课的重点和难点，以及课堂学习状态和课后预期达到的学习结果）本班学生有比较明确的学习目的，能够在小组活动中互相帮助，积极与他人合作，敢于用英语进行表达。本课时谈论What can you do ?
