Teaching planI. The analysis of the contents:This lesson is about phonics. It takes from book 2 of pep primary English book. There are four words: dog, orange, box and body. The students read the words and try to find what “o” says in words. The contents on the book are easy. Therefore, I use picture book to enrich the curriculum resources.II. The analysis of the students:The students have learned the four words. Therefore, they can read the words and find what “o” says easily. Moreover, students of Grade3 have strong interests in English and they like games and activities. Therefore, I will design some interesting activities to arouse their interests, such as magic boxes and word machine.III. Teaching aims:A. Knowledge aims:The students are able to read and find out what “o” makes in words.B. Ability aims:The students are able to read other words with “o” according to the pronunciation rule.C. Emotional aims:The students are willing to cooperate and learn with groups.IV. Teaching key points and difficult points:A. Teaching key points:1. The students are able to read and find what “o” says in words by listening and reading the four words.2.
