Section A3a-3c一 . 课题:Unit5 What were you doing when the rainstorm came?Section A3a-3c二. 教学目标:知识目标:1. 学习并能够运用以下单词:storm, wind, light, report, area, wood, window, flashlight, match, beat, against, apart, asleep, rise, fallen,能够运用以下短语: fall asleep, die down, with a serious storm happening outside, make sure, , in a mess, clean up 2. 能熟练掌握并使用下列重点句式:1)Black clouds were making the sky very dark. 2)With no light outside, it felt like midnight. 3) It was hard to have fun with a serious storm happening outside. 4) Although the storm broke many things apart, it brought families and neighbors closer together.3. 学会过去进行时态的构成和用法。能力目标:学生能够通过阅读训练,学会运用过去进行时态,谈论过去的事情或讲述过去的故事,能够正确运用when和while引导的时间状语从句。情感目标:能够谈论3a文章内容及自己对灾难使民心凝聚的理解,通过本课的学习,培养学生在困难面前互帮互助的优良品质。文化意识目标:学习一些居住场景中的常用的词汇,同时也注重对青少年情感的教育和培养,让他们知道在灾害面前要更团结,更友善,更懂得互相帮助。三. 教学重点和难点:1.学生能口、笔头熟练地运用新词汇、短语和句型并学习过去进行时2.学生正确而熟练运用句型:Although the storm broke many things apart, it brought families and neighbors closer together.3. 正确使用过去进行时态,谈论过去的事情或讲述过去的故事。四. 教学方法1.情景交际法:本单元话题源自生活,立足这一点,充分利用学生已有的知识和经验,创设生活化的真实情境,引导学生在运用中学习语言,然后在学习新的语言知识后创造性地运用语言(为用而学,在用中学,学了能用)。2.任务型语言教学法:设计多种任务活动,提供给学生合作交流的空间和时间,促使学生为完成任务和同学进行合作,为完成任务进行探究学习。精讲巧练,由浅入深,由易到难,循序渐进地深化教学内容展开。教师为主导,以学生为主体的师生双边教学活动。3.开放性教学策略:结合教材插入学生感兴趣的图片、电影片段等,丰富学生知识,拓宽他们视野,实现知识的整合。五. 教学手段:采用多媒体教学课件活跃课堂气氛把教学内容通过文本、图像、声音、动画、视频等形式来共同呈现教学内容,以达到图文、声像、三维动画一体化的效果。六. 教学活动设计 步骤 活动设计 1.导入 创设情境,导入新知识 2.呈现新知 教授新知(引出问题) 3.语言实践 设计任务活动,加深理解暴风雨 4.综合运用 拓展延伸,场景和解决办法 5.总结回顾 总结本课时所学词汇、句型七. 教学步骤I. Preparation 准备先复习导入:复习过去进行时:(1) Ask some Ss and let the Ss make conversations about what the people were doing when the rainstorm came. T: What were you doing when the rainstorm came. ? Ss: I was doing the homework in the house cooking in the kitchenwatching a game at home T: What was he /she doing when the rainstorm came. ? Ss :He /She was (2) 总结过去进行时的构成:was/ were + doingII. Presentation呈现新知1. Learning tasks “示标定向”。出示学习目标。 Learn the new words in the context.播放暴风雨来临前的天气图片,说出单词,学习生词并掌握下列单词:storm, wind, light, report, area, wood, window, flashlight, match, beat, against, asleep, rise, fallen, apart 教师领读单词三遍。为学习阅读短文扫清单词障碍。2. 认真预习3a找出下列短语(1)街坊邻里_ (2)确保_(3).几块木头_ (4).猛烈地撞击窗户_(5). 睡着_(6).逐渐平息_(7).醒来_ (8).杂乱不堪_(9).倒下的树_(10).破碎的窗户_(11).打扫干净_ (12).使许多东西支离破碎_3能熟练掌握并使用下列重点句式:(1)Black clouds were making the sky very dark.
