Use the inquiry-based learning method to increase the studying efficiency.六.Teaching steps:Step One: Revision and presentation.1) Read the numbers and sum up how to read large numbers.2) Sum up the rules to read large numbers.3) Practice reading the numbers.(The purpose of design: Get the students to read the numbers to make the further study easier)Step Two: PresentationAs a person in Luanxian County , What do you know about our county?Lets have a test. Ask some questions:1)Whats the population of Luanxian County? 2)How big is Luanxian County?3) How old is Xiangshui Bridge?2.Accoding to the pictures , let the students list some “the best of Luanxian”, then ask the students to add more.(The purpose of design: Use the facts they know to present the new knowledge to arouse the students interests.)Step Three: Listening.1.
