Go straight !.2能力目标： (1) 学习常见的交通标志。 （2）学会根据地图描述某个地点的具体位置。（3）了解日常次际中如何得体地运用英语语言向别人问路。3情感目标：培养学生乐于合作 ，乐于助人的优秀品质。二、教学重点难点 教学重点： 生词along , turn , right , left , crossing ,straight短语go along , go straight , turn left / right , on the left / right （2）句型：Go along , Turn left at the second crossing .Turn left at Xingfu Street .Turn right when you see a park . Go straight !.教学难点：在日常交流中得体地运用英语语言向别人问路。 教学措施：运用多媒体，直观，形象地再现教学内容，把教学内容直观化，形象化，使所学知识更具有吸引力，同时降低难度，使学生在老师的引导下，逐步理解并掌握所学知识。更重要地一点就是引入竞争机制，强化小组合作学习，进行师生，生生合作学习，开展教学，优化课堂教学结构，活跃课堂气氛，激发思维火花。注重培养学生的学习习惯，引导他们按照老师设计好的方案进行。当然我们也要处理好学生之间的差异性，如：智力，知识基础等等，因材施教，分层教学，分层布置作业，让他们都能保质保量的完成作业，感到学习的快乐感，成功感。从而激发学生学习的自觉性，自主性，主动性。让教学处在一个良性的循环过程之中。三、教学准备多媒体课件四、教学过程Step 1：Warm-up Show a map ,Lead the students to read the names of the places on the map . Then lead the students to describe the directions of some places . At last , lead the Ss to revise the conversation “Excuse me ! .” 为以下的新授做准备,与本节课内容起到连带作用. Step 2：Show some traffic signs to teach the phrases : go along , turn left / right , on the left / on the right . Step 3：Show a map , lead in the topic “How can I get to the bank . Show the drills “Go along Center Street ! Turn left at the second crossing . Turn left at Xingfu Street . Turn left when you see a post office . Its on the left / right .You can see the bank on the left / right .” Then lead the Ss to decries how to get the bank . After ask the Ss practice in pairs .在老师引导学生描述的基础上,让学生尝试去表述,达到感知新知的目的.Step4：Show another map . Get the Ss to try describing how to different places . 让学生在感知的基础,进一步去尝试运用新知,来描述路线.Step 5：Have a Listening practice. Play the tape to complete 1C, then complete 1b , find out Which is the hotel ? Which is the restaurant . 先完成1C 来降低了听力的难度, 然后让学生读1C对话,根据对话内容,找出A , B 两处, 哪个是饭店,哪个是旅馆. Step 6: Show another map to the Ss , go on practicing giving directions on the street .Step 7: Play a game , get students to describe different directions to the same place . The others point out the direction on the map .通过游戏激发学生乐于参与,乐于表达的热情.同时也加强写的训练.达到重难点的突破.Step 8:Make a conversation about asking for and giving directions on the street .Then act them out in front of the other students .最后通过这个环节,将知识运用于交际当中.把学习推向高潮.Step9:Show some exercises to the Ss , the Ss complete them , and then check the answers .Step 10：情感教育
