内容八上Unit 2(Section A 1a2b)课型新授课课 时One period教材分析 How often do you exercise ?是人教版八年级教材的教学内容,承上启下,在七年级所学内容(Unit2.What time do you go to school?和Unit3.How do you get to school?)的基础上,进一步学习和运用一般现在时,表活动频率的功能句How do you .?及相关词汇。Section B 1a-2c是在对Section A进行了感知和体验的基础上,更进一步落实听,说,写的训练,从而达到学以至用的目的。教学目标1)知识目标词汇:学习并掌握junk food , milk ,coffee , chip , cola , chocolate , drink , health , how many , interviewer.功能句:学习并掌握How often .? Its good for . . .? 2)能力目标运用所学词汇,短语,及句型进行自由交际的能力。听短文,快速捕捉信息的能力。联系实际,运用所学知识写作的能力。 3)情感目标1、通过What du you usually do on weekends ?这个话题的讨论,从而培养学生学会与人沟通,善于交际、关心别人、融入社会的能力品质。2、通过相互的调查与讨论,让他们自己得出什么样的英语学习习惯,才是最好的学习讨论方法:什么样的生活习惯,才是最健康的。输送健康概念,从小就培养学生科学健康的世界观和积极进去的人生观。重点难点1.词汇:junk food , milk , coffee, chocolate , drink , health .2.功能句:How often . . . ? Its good for . . 3.结合功能句进行的听力和写作的运用。学情分析(学习和训练完成后,根据学生的表现做出分析)教学方法任务型教学、分层教学与分级评价法、直观教学法、模仿示范法、情景教学和合作学习法学习方法课前预习、课内外练习、听说读写结合教学过程设计备注课题引入Warming- up and revision教学步骤 及主要内容Step1 1Competition 全班分成4组展开比赛,每组各出至多三名代表到黑板上,写出日常生活中常做的动作词和学过的频率副词,其余同学写在练习本上,看哪个组在规定的时间内,写的最多最好。这样既复习了旧知识,又为学习和运用新知识做一铺垫。(注意在黑板上做好本课所需要的重要词句的勾画。) 2Free talk 运用What dou you usually do?及其答语,进行自由对话。选三组汇报,其余同学认真听并根据听的内容进行问答或转述。Step2 1a 1. Picture teaching.Show them the teaching picture and have them talk about the picture in pairs or groups.Then they make a list of tthe weekend activities in their groups.At last, they show their work. 2. Listen and write.Play the tape for them to listen and write down the activities in the form by themselves , then check the answers . 3.Prctice the conversation in the picture above.Then they make their own conversations as what they do above.Ask two or three groups to share their work.Step3 2a 1PresentationShow a picture of milk and ask the studentsT:Do you like milk?Ss:Yes,I do .T:How often do you drink milk ?Ss:I drink it every day / morning / night/ twice a day。 如果有学生说I never drink it。I dont like it。老师应该做好引导Its good for your health。Drinking milk is good for our health。 2.Prepare Ask them the same question.Make sure they can master the correct answers .Then guide them to listen. 3. Listen and circle .Firs t just listen , then listen and number.Then check the answers.因为听力材料较长,这一环节需要听两遍。 4.listen and match 因为在上一环节中已经听两遍了,所以,这一环节可以边听边做,再听一遍后检查。要根据学生听的情况,适当调整听的速度。 5.Fill in the chartPrctice them and they do this work.Finally have them read together aloud. Step42d 1.Lead inTalk about the next weeks lessons:We have three PElessons,four English lessons and five math lessons.How often do you have PE lessons?Then play the tape for this part with a question:How often does Claire have piano lessons?After listening,check their answer. 2. Prctice reading:two-part reading,pairwork. .Encourage them to read aloud. 3. Check some pairs to read . 4.Play and repeat.then ask them to retell.Encourage them to do it actively and bravely,omiting their small problems. Step5 Exx Ask them to finish their work .Have two or more of them to do it on the Bb.Encourage them to correct the mistakes on the Bb actively.Check the answers by themselves.Step8Summary 1.Ask the students to sum up the words and the sentences . 2.Read the imporftant items on the Bb aloud. Step9 Homework 1Master the key words,phrases and the sentences。 2Writing 课下采访班上的一名优秀学生,记下他/她的爱好,起居时间,生活习惯,运动频率等。写一篇70词左右的短文。课堂练习Work for 1a, 1b and 1c1.Ask the Ss to ask and answer about the weekend activities,make a list about it.2.Listen and write the activities.3.Practice making a conversation according to their weekend work.Work for 2a 2b 2c and 2d1.Ss listen and number.2.
