Unit 13 The Beijing 2008 Olympics利辛县马店镇王营小学 朱子杰一、教材内容分析：Unit 13 The Beijing 2008 Olympics该课时是Unit13的第一课时。本节课中，将通过设计活动，创设情景，让学生能就“希望与幻想”的话题进行简单的交流，并能用正确的句型说出自己的希望。二、教学对象分析：六年级的学生已学英语三年半，掌握了一定的英语单词和句型,能用简单的语言进行说与写的表达。在教学中如抓住其特点，配以图片教学可帮助学生加深记忆。另外由于本单元词汇不多，结构严谨，有个别句子较长、较难读，所以要注意将难点分散，特别是注意中下生，应培养他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们解决实际困难,增强学习的信心。三、教学目标：1、语言知识目标:四会单词 ：runner, win, wish, luck, Good luck! dream学生能基本掌握本节课新出现的句型，并能运用于日常交际中。2、语言技能目标：1）学生流利地使用以下句型: I want to be a I hope I can2）学生能听懂课文，并能从课文中提取关键的信息。 3）学生能熟读课文。 4）学生能快速记录下关键的信息。 3、情感态度：乐于模仿，敢于开口，积极主动地参加老师所组织的课堂活动。 4、学习策略：通过创设情景，小组合作学习，共同完成学习任务。四、教学策略 运用视听教学法帮助学生巩固复习旧知及习得新知，通过创设情景，利用评价激励学生，提高学生的学习兴趣。五、教学重、难点教学重点是单词的学习和灵活运用。教学难点是熟练准确地运用以下句型: I want to be a a) I hope I can六、教学准备Pictures, tape, tape recorder七、 教学过程：教学过程师生活动设计意图Activity 1:Warming up1、 Free talk: What do you want to be when you grow up?2、 Tell the aim of this lessonReview some job words, get ready for the new textActivity 2PresentationOne1、Practise the sentences pattern: I want to be a I hope I can1) The teacher uses two pictures (doctor, teacher) to make sentence: I want to be a teacher.I hope I can help to learn.2) Ask the pupils what does he/she hope.3) Practise the sentences pattern:I dreamed 4) Ask the pupils what diod he/she dream ?Let the pupils understand this sentenceLet the pupils to have more chances to practise the sentence patternsActivity 3Presentation Two1、 Play the tape and ask the pupils to underline the new words.2、 Play the tape and ask the pupils to find out the answersa.
