Today, Im your new teacher here. And I hope we have a good time this class. We mainly talk about animals this class. Before the class, please talk about animals they know. . And teacher should write some key words on Bb. (学生答对时要给予鼓励)T: Do you like pandas? Ss: Yes. /No.T: Why do you like pandas? Why dont you like pandas?（此地方需要学生积极踊跃参与，以15中学生的能力应该可以说出很多动物的名字，但我需要控制时间。同时根据学生回答的情况，询问第二个问题，摸底学生的英语学习能力，针对回答No 的学生也可以尝试问：Why dont you like pandas?。看学生是否对本节课内容有所了解。如果学生都不能回答出来，老师应和蔼的说:It doesnt matter, lets learn it together.).Show the title and read it after teacher.T: You are very clever. Lets see some of these animals. You should speak out the names quickly after looking a part of it.(此地方的图片的都是遮盖住一部分的，学生反应快，应该在图片出现之前就能抢答出图片内容，此地方还加入了单词拼写环节，可为学生的单词记忆注入一些方法。)T: Whats this? How do you spell it? ( tiger, elephant, koala, , panda, lion, giraffe,)这地方的图片都相当诱人，色彩清晰，动物表情也很唯美，学生一定会很喜欢。Guess: What animals are under the pictures?(这地方的小动物是书中没有的，但在平时生活中，学生应该常用到这些词，用英语数字遮盖会引起学生注意，同时还露出一些破绽，学生很容易就能猜到这些单词。（dog, penguin, mouse, cat, pigs, monkey）T: You are really cleaver, and got my answers so quickly. Look at these animals and tell me what animals you want to see first. Ss choose the animals they like to see first.(这地方放入了动物的声音，让学生带着兴趣学生)T: Why do you want to see tiger first?Ss: Because its really smart.(让不同学生回答这个问题，老师需要特别注意学生可能会用到的really, very, kind of的用法，需要在这地方重点突出)StepII 1a section AT: Ok, they are the animals in the zoo, lets go to see them. Match the words with animals in the picture ad then check the answers. (此地方不需要学生再读单词，以城里学生的能力，应该对单词很熟悉了。接下来检查单词，学生一一核对答案，如 tiger is a, elephant is 这地方还是要对差的学生进行关注。老师可以指图片，学生瞬间说出单词及拼写。可以集体考，也可以单个考学生记忆单词的能力。)1b. listeningT: lets listen to the tape and check if you remember the new words.（听力内容较简单，不需要花费太多时间）1c. pair workT: The zoo is very popular today, lets go there now.T: Do you like this panda? Ss: Yes.T: Why do you like this panda?Ss: Because its really quiet.(先由一个学生跟我做sample conversation或分男女角色，接下来两个学生做自己的对话，这部分是知识的输出，学生只要掌握好知识输入部分就可以独立的完成对话,老师先给出两个示范例句，学生仿造，之后每两个学生只说一组对话，速度可能会有点大，同时这地方加入了Why do you want to see them?/ Why dont you like them两种句型，希望学生能够在我的引导下正确操作。这地方给出的形容词很多共学生参考，我们不可以限定学生的兴趣爱好。)（供形容词: beautiful, fun, boring, friendly, lazy, shy, smart, quiet, cute, interesting, intelligent, scary, lovely等词，教师在教之前看学生的程度，如果好的话可以不用领读，如果不好的话需要用身体语言，并要重点读。）. PresentationStep II Adverbs of degree. Show two pictures of lions and askT: Do you like this lion? Why?(学生会根据自己的喜好回答Yes/No. 老师同时要把学生回答的形容词写在黑板上，为下面的学习提供形容词的学习)T: yes, this lion is really a little big, or you can see its kind of big. And another one is very big and he is really big.(老师要领读 really, very, kind of). Show another two pictures like above and do the same thing.Step III 2a &2bT: look at these 2 elephant on our book, the middle one is very small, and the 1st one is kind of big, and the 3rd one is really big. But do you know where they are from?Ss think about it and may get different answers.T: I dont know, either. But maybe you can get it after listening. Please look at 2a, and write the names of animals in order1, 2, 3. or you can write a letter for one word, like t for tiger, l for lion (第一遍听力，教听力技巧，让学生用一个字母代替一个单词。掌握一项听力的基本技巧)T: lets listen again, and match the words with description words and countries.(听第二遍，内容较简单，之后就可以找学生检查答案了)Answers: pandas are very cute, and they are from China.2bT: listen, Julie and John are talking about one of animals, listen again to find out correct answers. Play the recorder just one time and check answers. Read it in groups and then role play.Julie: Lets see the _pandas_.John: Why do you like them?Julie: Because theyre _kind of _ interesting.John: Where are they from?Julie: Theyre from _China_. Make the same conversation about koalas and lions like this.(目的是为了让学生能瞬间记住这些句子并学会使用)T: Do you know where elephants are from?( 学生或许还不知道，老师的T: let me tell you.)T: look at these animals and tell me where they are from. (有些学生可能会). Show the map of the world and ask Ss to describe it: Pandas are from China; Giraffes are from South Africa; koalas are from Australia. Describe more.Step IV 2d (Make it if time permitted. Or delete it if there is no too much time.)T: Animals are our friends; they live on the earth with us. We need to protect them and share everything with them. Many people keep them in their house.
