(see appendix1)HSE 部统筹规划各公司所需配备急救药箱的数量及位置，并监督其操作。按时提供药箱需配备的药品种类、数量，保证及时的补给；并指导安全用药。(见附表一)4.2 The keeper of first-aid station: Work under this instruction, monitor the medicine usage, and keep the used record, supplement the medicine. (see appendix2)急救站负责人：按本指引操作，监督药品使用，并做好消耗记录，药品不足时要按时到HSE车间办公室领用补充。(登记卡见附表二)5.0 Instruction 指引The location of first aid station: Placed in every workshop where all employees can easily see and get.急救站位置：一般平均分配到各车间，在员工方便看到和到达的地方。Management of first-aid station: Two or three responsibility be assigned to take care of every first-aid station, responsibility be responsible for treating wounded for every case, and keeping the record for used medicine. The first-aid-man must have clear declaration about first-aid station when they need to hand over their work, once the situation of lack medicine happened; there is a need to apply for medicine supplement. Do not use drugs, do not open the box to facilitate the identification of the box marks the validity of the use of drugs.急救药箱的管理：每个急救站要指定2-3名负责人管理，每次急救工伤，由负责人为受伤雇员开箱拿药，监督药品领用登记卡的填写。负责人换班时须交接急救站管理情况，如清点药品数量不足时，需向HSE车间办公室申请补充药品，未使用药品请勿拆包装盒，便于鉴别包装盒标志药品 使用有效期限；. 版 本：A 版 次：01第4页共7页5.1 HSE should keep enough medicine all the time, monitoring the situation and guide the usage; at the same time, the medicine consumption report and monthly report should be prepared to report the consumption situation.HSE车间办公室须及时按需求量保障供给药品，并监督、指导药品使用与保管情况；建立厂房急救站药品领用清单，每月统计上报各急救站消耗；5.2 All the medicine in the first-aid station should be used only for injured worker, the personal use is strictly forbidden.急救药箱所存放药品，仅限于工作受伤者使用，禁止私伤者使用，保管员不得以工作之便私用药品；5.3 The first-aid station must be kept from dirtiness, moister and alteration. Do not place the first aid boxes with other items, first aid boxes cover affixed with a drug store, the number of types of tables, and the use of a brief note to guide.急救站保管应注意清洁、干燥、防潮，以免药物变质，药箱内不得存放其他物品，急救站使用说明栏贴有药品存放种类数量表，及简要的使用注意事项指导。5.4 HSE department evaluate the first-aid station quantity and the location to ensure the reasonable and effective usage. HSE部会定期评估医药箱的数量和位置,保证其合理有效的利用。5.5 Medicine specification用药指引（急救常识）5.5.1 For the wounded cut by sharp ware use tampon to wipe merbromin and then use band aids to stanch. Do not wipe merbromin to a much bleeding wounded; temporarily bind up the bondage on the scene, and then to clinic for immediate sterilization and necessary medicine treatment. (For example: shooting titanic antivirus) 被锐器划伤、割伤创面，有少许渗血情况，请用棉签涂上皮维碘之后再用创可贴止血；出血较多的伤口，请不要涂药水，现场只是暂时用绷带包扎后用，立即到医疗室做清创消毒处理和必要的药物治疗(如：注射破伤风抗毒素等)，以避免伤口感染。5.5.2 For a bruised slight parenchyma gall wounded, wipe safflower oil, or do cold vulnerary treatment and then wipe merbromin. For a pain wounded, it required binding up and then sent to clinic for treatment. For a severe wounded can not be moved freely for keeping from aggravation. 被物体撞伤、挤压的软组织挫伤，有轻微肿痛者，建议先做冷敷后，再外涂红花油；如受伤部位有明显疼痛和变形情况，须临时固定包扎后送医疗室诊治。严重伤者不能随意牵拉拖样搬动以避免搬运不当而加重损伤。5.5.3 For the burned wounded by chemical liquid, should quickly leave the scene and take off the polluted clothes, and flush the wounded at least 20 minutes then go to clinic for further treatment, first-aid-station medicine is not recommended.化学药水致眼、皮肤腐蚀性烧伤者，请立即离开污染场地脱掉污染衣物，用流动的清水冲洗20分钟后，再到医疗室做进一步治疗，不宜使用药箱中的药品处理。版 本：A 版 次：01第5页共7页 5.5.4 For scald by the fire, steam or water, should quickly put the scald part into the cool water or flowing clear water, to reduce the hurt to the skin and muscle, this should be done after once scald. For heavy scald, after paste antiseptic cream on the skin and go to clinic for further treatment. 轻度的烧烫伤，应尽快将患部浸入凉水中进行“冷却治疗”，或用流动的清水冲洗，以促使局部散热，使皮肤血管收缩，减少渗出与水肿，缓解疼痛，减少水泡形成，防止创面形成疤痕防止起水泡,然后涂抹烫伤膏; 烫伤发生后，千万不要揉搓、按摩、挤压烫伤的皮肤，也不要急着用毛巾拭擦。“冷却治疗”在烧烫伤后要立即进行；中度及以上烧烫伤，要在冷却治疗后，外涂烫伤润湿膏紧急处理后转移到医疗室进一步治疗。5.5.5 For sweltering symptom(e.g. headache, swirl, nausea, vomit)中暑性头痛头晕、恶心、呕吐者 Temporarily wipe both temples with essential balm, prohibition for pregnant woman. 临时用风油精涂额头两侧太阳穴处,孕妇禁用； Take orally heatstroke medical liquid prohibition for pregnant woman ; 口服十滴水或口服霍香正气水或龙虎人丹(注：三种药选择一种), 孕妇禁用； Drink cool drink or warm boiled water and then take a rest for several minutes, if still feel bad should go to clinic for treatment. 饮用清凉饮料或温开水休息数分钟，如不能缓解请到医疗室诊治； Remark: the medicine placed in first-aid-station only for temporary treatment, under axenic requirement, for polluted and bleeding wounded should go to clinic for axenic medicine treatment after on-site treat. 注：药箱所备物品仅适用于一般伤口现场临时处理，不能达到无菌操作要求，污染创伤和流血伤口临时处理后须到医疗室做无菌消毒和药物治疗。5.5.6 The first aid station responsibility need check the validity period of drugs (the validity of the production & usage on the box), once found expired drugs, immediately returned to HSE by a unified medical waste disposal of medical waste gas. 急救站负责人员应注意查看药品使用期限（药盒上有生产使用有效期限），一旦有发现过期药品，请立即退回HSE，统一按废弃医疗垃圾处理。 6.0 Record纪录 Form No.表格编号Record Description记录描述Maintained b
