强调句-Emphatic sentences 导学案Class： Name： Lecturer: 谢菊红 Learning Aims:To master the structures of emphatic sentences and the usage.Learning Important Point: To be able to use the emphatic sentences correctly by practicing.Learning Difficult Point:To differentiate the emphatic sentences from other clauses.Learning Procedures:自学案：一、定义：强调句是为了强调句中的某一部分而使用的句子形式。二、强调句结构：It is /was + 被强调部分 + that / who + 其它部分1.把下列被强调的句子成分写出来They will have a meeting in the hall tomorrow.It is they that/who will have a meeting in the hall tomorrow. 强调（ ） It is a meeting that they will have in the hall tomorrow. 强调 （ ） It is in the hall that they will have a meeting tomorrow. 强调（ ）It is tomorrow that they will have a meeting in the hall. 强调（ ）注意：强调谓语用助动词“do/does/did 动词原形”。如:Do write to me when you get there. 你到那儿一定给我写信。He does get up early every day. 他的确起得很早。Mary did tell me what happened to her. 玛丽确实告诉我在她身上发生的一切。三、强调句型的几个注意点1.在强调主语时，that /who后的谓语动词要与被强调者保持人称和数的一致。如：It is I who _ a teacher.（be） It is Mary that often_ me with my lessons.(help)2.强调主语或宾语且其为人称代词时,应注意其形式人称照应：强调主语用主格，强调宾语用宾格。如：Itwas_thattoldmeaboutit. 正是她告诉我的。Itis _whotheteacherhaspunished. 老师惩罚的正是我。3.在强调时间、地点、原因或方式状语时，不能用when，where，why或 how ，而要用that 。如：(1)It was because her mother was ill _ she didnt go with us. (注意：because不可以换成as, since, for)(2)ItwasonlywhenIrereadhispoemsrecently_Ibegantoappreciatetheirbeauty. (3)ItwasinQingdao _Isawtheseaforthefirsttime. 4.强调句型可有如下变体：It is/was变成“情态动词+be”。如：It may be my bike that he is riding.It must have been the manager that spoke to you.探究案：（一）强调句的疑问句句型1.强调句的一般疑问句句型:Is / Was +it +被强调的部分+that / who +其它部分?(1)_ (是下个星期一)that we will havea class meeting in the classroom?(2)_ (是你) thatIsawlastnightatthecorner? 2.强调句的特殊疑问句句型:特殊疑问词 + is/wasit that / who+其它部分 ? What is it that made Tom succeed?热身训练: 对划线部分提问(1).It was Tom that told you the news._(2).It was in the bookstore that he bought the novel._(3) It is by bus that he goes to work._注意：强调句在宾语从句中的用法：主句特殊疑问词it is/wasthat其它?如Do you know what it is that makes her unhappy today?I really dont know _I had my money stolen.我真得不知道钱在哪儿被偷。（二）：not . until . 的强调形式: It is/was not until + 被强调部分 + that . “直到才”.如：It was not until 12 oclock last night that my father came home.I didnt realize she was a famous film star until she took off her dark glasses.(变成强调句)（三）：强调句型与其它从句的结合即强调句型与主语从句、宾语从句和定语从句相结合。如：(1) It was what you do rather than what you say that matters.(2) David said that it was because of his strong interest in literature that he chose the course.(3)It was in the school where /in which I once studied that we held a party.热身训练(1) It was the boy _ had been in prison _ stole the money.(2) It was in the small house _was built with stones by his father _ he spent his childhood.(3) Itwas_hesaid_disappointedme. （四）：判断强调句的方法判断是否是强调句是，可把 It is / was that /who去掉，剩余部分在不增减任何词的情况下还是一个完整的句子，那么这种句子是强调句。It was in the street that I met her father. In the street I met her father. It was because she was ill that they didnt ask her to do the job.Because she was ill, they didnt ask her to do the job.热身训练：判断下列哪个是强调句.1. It be 时间段since句型 It is five years since we met last time.自从我们上次相见已有五年了.2. It be 时间when句型 It was midnight when they returned home yesterday. 昨天他们到家的时候已是半夜。（when引导的为时间状语从句，it为代词，指时间。） 比较：It was at midnight that they returned home yesterday.他们昨天是半夜到家的。（本句为强调句，强调at midnight，去掉it wasthat句子结构仍完整。）3.
