三坐标手腕的校验和补偿文件的建立从Chorus Nt 4.4开始, 手腕的校验方法较过去有了较大改进,考虑了校验过程中温度变化可能造成的影响.按以下步骤操作:安装Chorus Nt 4.4时, 校验方法没被自动安装,需从Chorus Nt 4.4及以后版本的光盘上将self_calibration分支下的程序拷贝到硬盘,切记:*.gif 文件必须在c:deachorususer分支下.1. 手腕找正检查运行程序: WRIST_ALIGN_*.DMI建议用最长的测杆,此步骤是检查手腕的机械偏移,若偏大需更改Cosdat 或Constant文件,也可运行WRIST_ALIGN_*_MAN.DMI,选项 ARM! WRIST ALIGN. -1 选1检查1臂 ARM! WRIST ALIGN. -2 选2检查2臂2. 短测杆偏置计算 用与臂平行的球规运行程序: OFFSET_SHORT_*.DMI 选项 Wrist Position Offset1-Evaluation Tool Length2,选2 运行后产生 CHIEF1,CHIEF2 3. 长测杆偏置计算 用与臂平行的球规运行程序: OFFSET_LONG_*.DMI 选项 Wrist Position Offset1-Evaluation Tool Length2,选2 运行后产生 CHIEF1_1,CHIEF2_24.预热阶段为了使系统达到温度平衡状态,快速建立MAP运行程序: MAP_SHORT_*P45_R45.DMI MAP_LONG_*P45_R45.DMI 选项 Max. Value of the pitch angle (90 degrees) Incidence Angle for the measuremen of the sphere (usually 0) 运行后产生 MAP文件. 5.建立短测杆的补偿MAP运行程序: MAP_SHORT_*.DMI 选项 Max. Value of the pitch angle (usually 110 degrees) Incidence Angle for the measuremen of the sphere (usually 0) 运行后产生测杆的补偿MAP. 6. 建立长测杆的补偿MAP运行程序: MAP_LONG_*.DMI 选项 Max. Value of the pitch angle (usually 110 degrees) Incidence Angle for the measuremen of the sphere (usually 0) 运行后产生测杆的补偿MAP. 运行完上述步骤后需重新联机. 7.定义及校验使用的测针运行程序: OFFSET_EVAL_*.DMI要求输入测杆的名称,需测两个校验球,第一个球平行与臂,第二球要求双臂都能测到(且被预先定义好.选项 Exting TooL 1 New Tool2 ARM1 TOOL OFFSETS 1 1校验1臂测杆 ARM2 TOOL OFFSETS 2 2校验1臂测杆 只有在C:DEACHORUSDATAAQTOOL出现的测杆才能被使用. Its better soon.With .dme function , we can make full use of EDITOR DEBUG function. 2) Chorus Cad cant have statistical report,it can generate EXCEL file,its better with one graph,there are several points statistical report on the same page,means one page have more information. 3) Chorus Cad 1.0 cant measure characteric point automatically,Sheet Metal element cant work very well, its better to use Chorus Cad 1.0 for measuring stamped component, use Chorus Nt for measuring car body and other big parts. 4) some deailed information that we cant understand wella) two arm qualification b) surface check egde?c) Distance verification off line?
