He/She doesnt mind them.九、实践反思在完成新目标英语八年级上册第五单元第一课时（sectionA1a-1c）的教学中，教师是以新课程理念为依据进行教学设计和课堂活动的。通过对教材的理解教师确立了以培养学生语言知识、应用能力、文化意识和学习策略为中心的教学目标，充分体现了为学生全面发展和终生发展和学习奠定基础的原则；目标层层递进，并贴近生活，具有可实践性。在教学过程中，教师采用了小组合作评价的教学手段，立足根本，从学生的实际开展教学。反思：为了培养学生们的竞争意识和团队合作精神，整堂课始终以男女竞赛的形式进行，男女生合作完成任务。同时，对表现好的同学加以鼓励，调动学生对英语学习的积极性。根据新课标要求，英语学科要注重情境教学，所以，在课文讲解过程中，我除了向学生介绍语言知识外，也通过相关图片及视频片段，让学生们更好地了解各种电视节目类型。在达到预期的教学目标的同时，寓教于乐，让学生在快乐的游戏中学习英语，培养学习英语的兴趣，兴趣是最好的老师。纵观整堂课，部分学生由于基础稍差，对英语学习没有信心，不敢发言，我应多鼓励这样的学生，多给他们机会发言。同时，在导入talk show时，我是直接写在黑板上的，其实可以用我采访学生的形式来导入更生动，具体。当学生对话谈论对节目的看法前我应
