黑龙江工程学院毕业设计摘 要现代汽车工业已经进入成熟的发展阶段，汽车也由单纯的机械产品发展为高级的机电一体化产品，使得单片机应用技术在现代汽车中得到了广泛的应用和发展。大众GTX发动机半实物仿真系统台的设计,主要依据汽车电子控制技术实验实训教学的需要,实现汽车电控系统的原理演示、故障设置、诊断测试等教学功能，以达到辅助汽车专业教学的目的。结合实验台，方便学生了解汽车电控系统与单片机控制技术相结合的原理，培养学生的工程实践能力。该系统的制作以从捷达发动机上所采的数据流为参考依据, 对大众系列车型具有针对性。系统的设计思想是，以单片机控制为核心，利用单片机输出的信号来模拟各种传感器信号 ，控制实验台上的点火装置和喷油装置，从而使实验台在脱离发动机本体的情况下进行点火和喷油的教学演示，实现实验台的正常工作。在单片机输出信号正常的情况下，检测汽车电子控制单元是否正常工作，并通过与外部设备进行合理匹配，实现数据流的测试分析，对发动机进行故障诊断。实验台结构紧凑，操作简便，教学效果直观生动，能满足汽车实验实训的教学要求。关键词：半实物仿真；电子控制；单片机；信号模拟；电控燃油喷射；故障诊断 ABSTRACTThe moderns automobile industry has already entered the mature development phase, so the automobile also by the pure mechanical product development for senior integration of machinery product, so SCM makes use of modern technology in vehicles has been widely applied and developed. Public GTX engine hardware-in-the-loop simulation system design The experiment tables research and design, based primarily on automotive electronic control technology experimental practice teaching needs, realizes teaching function and so on system principle demonstration, fault setup, diagnostic tests for automobile electrically controlled, and achieve the purpose of assistance teaching. Based on experiment table can help student understood the automobile electrically controlled system and the monolithic integrated circuit control technology unifies the principle, raises students project practice ability. Manufacture for the experiment table, take reaches the data flow form the Jettas engine of VW Automobile, has targeted for the VWs Automobile.The idea of the design for system , take the monolithic integrated circuit control as the core, outputs the signal using the monolithic integrated circuit to simulate each kind of sensor signal, controls the firing device and injection devices in the experiment table. Thus causes the experiment in to be separated from the engine main body in the situation to carry on the firing and the injection teaching demonstration, realizes it normal work. when the SCM output normal signal ,can detection the automobiles Electronic Control Unit whether normal work, realizes tests and analysis for data flow, through match with the external instrumentation reasonably , diagnosis to the engine. Experiment table structure compact, operation is simple, the teaching effect direct viewing and vivid, can satisfy the teaching request which the automobile practical training for teaching.Key word: The hardware-in-the-loop simulatio
