Greetings.T: Good morning, class.Ss: Good morning, Miss Wang.T: Nice to meet you.Ss: Nice to meet you, too.T: Welcome back to my class.Step :Presentation1. Lead-inPresent some pictures, ask students to say the rules.呈现图片,设置情景,解决本节课中的重点词汇及短语,并呈现规则的不同表达。2. Pre-readingT: Do you have any rules in your home or at school?Ss: T: Are you happy about these rules?Ss: T: When you are unhappy about something, who do you like to talk to?Ss: T: Everyone feels unhappy sometimes, but we need to know how to deal with it. One girl called Molly Brown feels unhappy about family and school rules. She writes a letter to Dr. Know because she thinks he knows everything.由询问学生对于烦恼的解决方法引出Molly解决烦恼的办法 ,从而导入本节课的重点内容-阅读。3. While-reading(1)Fast readingAsk Ss to read Mollys letter quickly and answer these questions.a.Who does she like to talk to when she is unhappy? b.Where is she from? c.Why is she unhappy? Then invite some Ss to answer the questions and check the answers together.After checking the answers, the teacher gives an explanation about Dr. Know.(2)Careful readingAsk Ss to read Mollys letter carefully and finish the following tasks.Task1:Read the letters, underline the rules for Molly and fill in the blanks.RulesFeelingAt homeMum1. 2. Post-reading(1) Ask students to have a look at the sentences in 2c to know what to do.Molly play basketball on school days, but she play it on weekends.
