During this class, they will learn some expressions about weather, for example: light rain, centigrade and so on. Finally, they will achieve a goal that is introducing the weather in a specific place. Course typeListening and SpeakingTeaching methodsTask-based Learning; Communicative Language Teaching.Learning situationThis is Class 7 Grade 7. There are 36 students in it. Most of the students (about 80%) can understand the teachers orders, and they can communicate smoothly with others. To some extent, They can absorb the knowledge quickly and deeply. But there are also 20% students in the class, they cant follow the teacher or other students, so I divide all students into 6 groups, arrange the 20% of students in each group. And others in this group can help them. Teaching objectivesThrough this lesson, students should acquire:1. Language aims:1) Students will master some phrases and expressions about weather. Such as: light rain, breezy, overcast, foggy, hazy, etc.2) Students will learn some structures to talk about the weather and temperature.For example:Cloudy to light rain (阴转小雨)5 centigrade to 16 centigrade2. Ability objectives:Students can talk about the weather in different cities with new-learned words, phrases, expressions and structures.3.
