Look at the phrases, read them and make sentences with them in pairs.Phrases: January 1st, June 2nd, November 12th, August 21st, November 30th.Step 2:Presentation 1.利用电脑课件放出以前学过的月份单词,学生大声朗读,分组朗读,分组比赛看谁读的好。T:March April October July January December June May February August September November(在课件上教师提问,让学生想想自己生日的日期,引导学生回答。)S: Its on T: When is your birthday?S1: My birthday is onS2: My birthday is onS3: My birthday is on板书主要句型,学生两人一组操练句式。When is ? What are they talking about?(3)学生听录音跟读课文,理解意思,并进行表演性朗读。(4)小组内分角色进行表演操练、学生自愿上台表演,师生共评。Step 3:Consolidation and extension 1. 学习Lets talk部分,按照投影做好相关笔记。 2. 学习教材第41页Role-play部分。(1)利用多媒体展示第41页出现的拓展词汇及其图片:Sarahs birthday, Olivers birthday, Johns birthday, January 1st, June 2nd, November 4th学习词汇并且在小组内朗读数遍。(2)Make a dialogue:学生以pair work的形式两人一组运用句型“When is birthday? Its on Well ”创编对话。Step 4:Homework 1.听录音并背诵对话。2.预习下一课,查查生词,译译句子。 通过创设情境:T: Today is Amys birthday. Lets sing a birthday song to her. 教师接着随意问几个同学:When is your birthday? S1: Its on . When is your s birthday? Its on”难 点 学生能够大胆创编和表演有关生日的问答小对话。教 学准 备单词卡片、教学光盘、人物头饰。教 学 过 程 及 思 路个人特色补白Step 1:Warm up 1.Play a game.(Lets connect together.)“连连看”教师利用多媒体课件将1-19基数词和序数词的英语单词打乱顺序在课件上出示,引导学生将基数词与相应的序数词匹配,并就容易出现错误的单词进行拼写和造句练习。2.Lets chant.带领学生演唱自编的chantWhen, when, when is your birthday?January 1st. Its on January 1st.Aha. Aha.21When, when, when is your birthday?February 2nd. Its on February 2nd.Aha. Aha.21Step 2:Presentation 1.教师在课件上出示多张制作精美形状各异的邀请卡,引导学生猜测邀请卡的内容,然后带领学生一起制作邀请卡。 T: Are you happy, dear children? I am very happy, because I have some invitation cards. What kind of cards are they? Can you guess? S1:A singing party. S2: A competition card. S3: A birthday card. . 2. 创设情景,课件上出示第一张邀请卡的详细内容,结合本单元的主要句式,学习序数词twentieth: T: Lets read the first one. What kind of card is it? S1: A birthday card. T: Whose birthday is it? S2: Your grandpas birthday. T: When is my grandmas birthday? S3:Its on April 20 th. T: What time will the party begin? S4: At 5:30. T: Where will I go? S5: You will go to the 8th Red Road. 教师先引导学生拼写英语单词二十,然后再板书出第二十,并且给出关键短语:my grandmas birthday, April 20th,全班以组为单位操练句型:When is your grandmas birthday? Its on April 20th. 3.师生真实地交流,学习序数词twenty-first, twenty-third等。 T: My grandmas birthday is in April. Whose birthday is in April, too? Whats the date? S1: My birthday is in April. Its on April 1st. S2: My birthday is in April. Its on April 3rd. S3: My birthday is in April. Its on April 教师结合学生回答的具体情况,教授序数词twenty-first, twenty-third等。如果学生的生日没有在二十几日的,教师可以介绍自己家人的生日,带领学生学习这几个新单词。4.继续引导学生读另一张邀请卡,学习thirtieth等。T: Lets read the second one. What kind of card is it? S1: A birthday card.T: Whose birthday is it?S2: Your dads birthday.T: When is my dads birthday?S3: Its on November 30th. 教师先引导学生拼写英语单词thirtieth, 并且引导学生将其与单词thirty的拼写进行比较,引导学生观察序数词第二十,第三十在由基数词变序数词的共同点,引导学生大胆猜出整十数基数词变序数词的方法。以组为单位操练句型: When is your dads birthday? Its on November 30th.5. 继续引导学生读第三张邀请卡,学生在小组内自主学习twelfth等。 6. 才艺比拼:学生结合自己长辈的生日,为长辈做一张生日邀请卡,并用到句型:When is?It isStep 3:Consolidation and extension (1)Do a survey:完成教材第42页Ask and write部分的填空。(2)Make a dialogue:学生以pair work的形式两人一组,完成Ask and write部分的对话并进行展示。(3)Write an email. When checking your emails, you find a new email from David, an American boy. Can you email back to him?当查看电子邮件时,你发现收到一个来自美国男孩David的邮件。你能给他回复一封邮件吗?学生根据给出的结构,给David回复。学生朗读展示作品: Step 4:Homewor
