教学内容Unit 4 When is Easter?课型词句整合课教学目标知 识目 标 1.听说读写词汇first、second、third、fourth、fifth。 2、能运用本单元对话部分的重点词汇April Fools Day和Easter以及重点句型:When is ?Its in ./Its on.对喜欢的节日进行问答。能 力目 标1、能运用本节课的重点词汇first、second、third、fourth、fifth进行日期的表达。2、能运用本节课的重点句型描述自己喜欢的节日并进行实际的交际运用。情 感 态度、价值观 目 标 1、激发学生积极的学习兴趣,培养学生的交际运用能力。 2、通过本节课的学习培养学生的交际意识,并通过本节课知识的学习培养学生的自主学习能力。教学重点 1、听说读写词汇first、second、third、fourth、fifth,能运用这些词汇进行日期的表达。2、能运用本单元对话部分的重点词汇April Fools Day和Easter以及重点句型:When is ?Its in ./Its on.对喜欢的节日进行问答。3、能懂得on与in的区别,能在表达日期时正确使用。教学难点 1、third、fourth、fifth中th字母组合的正确发音。2、April Fools Day 的正确朗读和运用。3、表达日期过程中on与in的区别。4、fifth的读音以及fifth与first的词形和读音区别。教学准备 Word cards、pictures、CAI教学过程教学环节教师活动学生活动设计意图 Step 1 Warm-upStep 2Presentationand practiceStep 3ConsolidationStep 4Homework1 Greet the students:T:Good morning,boys and girls.S:Good morning,teacher.T:Do you have a happy May Day holiday?S:Yes.What do you do on your May Day holiday?S:I.2 I know you have a happy holiday ,but some word friends are lonely ,lets look at the screen and see who is coming.S:OK.T:Play the CAI for the students ,enable the students to look at the screen and practice reading the words about the month 、the numbers(four、fifteen)the activities.1、In these words ,April is special for me(show the students the word cards,study the new word special)2、Look at the picture,this picture is about the sports meet, on April 26th-April 27th ,we had a sports meet in Xianren Primary School.Enable the students to look at the picture ,look at the long jump.Help the students to look at the pictures.3、Enable the students to look at the pictureand study the new word:first,explain the picture.4、Study the new word second by the picture.5、Study the new word second by the picture.6、Show the students the pictures of the one-hundred meter race ,help the students to explain the sence .7、Look at the picture of the fourth and fifth students, study the new words fourth and fifth .8、For a month ,for example April,the first day of the month we can say:April first,show the students the calendar,practice the words first、second、third、fourth、fifth.9、Enable the students to look at the picture and play a game with the students.10、Look at the picture ,practice the calendar and say the date quickly.11、Look at the calendar of May ,talk about May Day,practice the new sentences:When is .?Its in.12、Go on showing the students the date:May first.13、Show the students some pictures :Childrens Day ,New Years Day,Chinas National Day,April Fools Day and Easter,talk about the festivals by the main sentences.14、Enable the students to look at the picture of Zhang Peng and Mr Jones ,then read the dialogue quickly and find out the two special days Zhang Peng and Mr Jones are talking about.15、Look at the questions and go through the questions .16、Play the tape for the students,enable the students to listen to the tape and practice reading the dialogue after the tape.17、Enable the students to practice the dialogues in different ways .18、Enable the students to use the sentences of this class and make up a new dialogue ,then act the dialogue out in groups.Make a summary.(德育渗透)1 Make a calendar and write the activities about the festivals.2 Use the new words and the new sentences to make up new dialogues in groups after class,then act the dialogue out.Greet the teacher.Talk about their May Day holiday with the teacher.Listen to the teachers words ,and think about the holiday.Look at the CAI,practice the word about the month、the numbers and the activities.Listen to the teacher,practice the meaning of the new words:special.Look at the picture ,understand the Chinese meaning of the word:special.Look at the long jump,understand the picture.Look at the picture and study the new word:first.Study the new word second and practice.Look at the picture and study the new word:third,then practice the word by the pictures.Look at the picture of the one-hundred meter race ,practice first、second and thirdLook at the picture of the fourth and fifth students, study the new words fourth and fifth .Try to use the words thin、four、fifteen to try to read the new words:fourth and fifth.Look at the calendar,practice the five words.Look at the CAI ,and then practice the game.Look at the picture ,practice the calendar and say the date quickly.Look at the calendar of May ,talk about May Day,ask and answer the picture in groups.Use the sentences and talk about the sentences of the date.Use the main sentences to talk about the festivals.Look at the picture of Zhang Peng and Mr Jones ,then read the dialogue quickly and find out the two special days Zhang Peng and Mr Jones are talking about.Go through the answers to the questions.Listen to the tape and then practice the dialogue after the tape.
