小学英语四年级教学设计Unit3 Weather西加斗小学刘亚平教学内容:Part A Lets learn , lets chant教材分析:本课主要学习的是有关天气的四个单词:hot, warm, cool, cold ,weather以及句型:Itsin学情分析:四年级学生学习教材有一年半的时间了,对于教材的特点和结构都很熟悉。此阶段的学生活泼好动,好奇心强,勇于尝试,具有一定的逻辑思维能力和语言表达能力,并有很强的自尊心和求知欲,对于学习英语的兴趣已经逐渐显示出自己独特的个性。教学目标:1.知识与技能(a) Can listen, speak and read the words: hot, warm, cool, cold, weather.(b) Can use the sentence pattern: Itsin, and introduce the weather of different cities. 2.过程与方法Pair work, Play a game, All kinds of activities3.情感、态度、价值观Develop the students cooperative spirit and interests of learning English.教学重点:Can master the three-skill words and use the sentences pattern: Itsin教具准备: Multimedia courseware 教学过程:Warm-up1. GreetingT: Good morning, boys and girls.Ss: Good morning, Miss liu.T: How are you today?Ss: Fine, thank you.2. Do the actions: clap your hands, touch your nose(a) Teacher do, students follow.(b) Teacher says, students do.【设计意图】通过师生相互问候,热身活动激发学生对课堂活动的参与和热情,唤起他们对学习知识的兴趣,全身心地投入课堂活动中。PreviewReview some sentences:T: What time is it now?Ss: Its.T: Yes, its time for English class.【设计意图】复习旧识,引入新知。PresentationStep1. Play the video, and ask: What is she talking about? Students answer. Then teacher says “weather report”. (Write the topic on the blackboard.)Step2. Show the students a picture and ask: How to describe it? Guide them to say “温暖的,暖和的”, then teach the word “warm”. At the same time, write the word on the blackboard. Read the word together, one by one and so on.Step3. Teach “hot, cool, cold” in the same way.【设计意图】通过多媒体直观教学,先感知其意,再认读其音,刺激学生感官,加深对单词的记忆。Step4. Show them another picture and ask: Whats the weather like? Guide them to answer: its warm/cool/cold/hot.Step5.Show some pictures, practice the sentence pattern: Itsin (Write it)【设计意图】词不离句,让学生将本课时重点单词和句型相联系.Step6. Show some another cities and make new sentences. Such as: Its hot in Guangzhou.Step7. Show the students the chant, read it in pairs. Then let some groups show their reading.【设计意图】学习主句型后,接着让学生进行趣味练习,强化对新学句型的掌握.同时,分组让学生形成一种团队意识和竞争意识.Step8. “Im the weather reporter.”(a) Show a Chinese map to the students, and say: Now Im the weather reporter. And read the sentences.(b) Listen and repeat. Then let some students act as the weather reporter and read it or make new sentences. 【设计意图】设计此活动“我是天气预报员”,展示表演读,让学生对所学进行展示,检查知识掌握的同时增强学生学习英语的成就感.Spte9.Practice:(a) Do the exercise.(b) Play a game: Whats missing?【设计意图】设计此环节是为了在增加趣味性的基础上进一步运用主句型Step10. Look at the video of “Lets chant”. Read it together. 【设计意图】对学生进行情感教育,引导其注意合理穿衣,保持健康。Step11.
