英语教学设计 麻晓慧 教学课题Unit 5 Why do you like pandas?Section B 1a-1d教学时间40 Minutes授课教师:麻晓慧教学目标通过听力训练来掌握提高学生们综合听说能力。1. 语言知识目标:tiger, elephant, panda, lion, koala, giraffe, cute, lazy, smart, beautiful, scary, kind, kind of, pet, leg, cat, sleep,etc.2. 能力目标:1) What animals do you/does she/ does he like?2) Lets see the ?3) Why do you/does she/ does he like ?4) Because they are . 3. 情感态度价值观目标:(1).通过合作交流让学生在英语学习中得到快乐。(2).通过听力活动提高学生学习英语的兴趣。(3).通过学习本单元,让学生了解的我们的大自然正面临着各种各样的危险,我们要形成保护大自然的意识。动物和人类都生活在同一地球上,动物是我们的朋友。我们人类应该与动物和谐相处,共同生存。我们应当学会关爱动物,保护动物。 重点1) 学会描述动物的性格及特点。2) 学会表达喜欢某类动物及说明喜欢的原因难点1)特殊疑问词why,where的掌握运用2)进行听力训练,提高学生们听对话获取相关信息的能力。3)运用本单元所学知识表达自己喜欢的动物。教学准备Tape recorder; Multi-Media;PPT来源:学。科。网教学过程设计意图Step One .Warming up and Lead-in 1. Greet the Ss as usual. 2. Check the accumulation of the names of animals. Let some Ss come to the blackboard to write the animals they know . let other Ss guess what animal it is. Step Two. Presentation1.Role- play :one student does the action and then ask the other student to guess what the animal is .2.Guessing game :Show some descriptions on the big screen and ask one student to be the model to read the descriptions .then let other students to guess what they are . e.g. Show the description of a panda, let Ss guess its a panda.2. Pay attention to the animals in the picture in 1a and ask a student to say the name of each one.2. Point out the list of eight numbered adjectives below. T: Now please match the adjectives with the animals in the picture. Write the letter of the animal on the line after the adjective. Point out the sample answer.3. As students work, move around the room offering to answer questions as needed.4. T: Now I will play a recording of a conversation between Tony and Maria. This time circle the adjectives you bear on the list for la. 2. Ss listen and try to circle the adjectives in 1a. 3. Play the recording again for the Ss to check the answers. Work on 1c: 1. Call attention to the three headings. Animal, Marias Words and Tonys Words, and the write-on lines under each.2. Say, Now I will play the recording again. This time please write the name of the animals each person talks about and the words they say.3. Play the first four lines of recording and stop the tape. Ask, What animal are they talking about? What words does Mary use to describe the elephant? Point out the write-on lines where students can write these words.4. Play the whole recording and have students write the words they hear on the chart. 5. Check the answers.Step Five. Group work1. Pay attention to the dialogue next to the picture. Ask two students to read it to the class.2. Say, Work in pairs. Use sentences like these to say what you think about different animals.3. Ss work in pairs to make their own conversations. As they work, move around the room checking on progress. 4. Ask some pairs to present their conversations to the class.Step Six. Discussion1,Now we have learned a lot about the animals ,and now many animals are in danger ,so what can we do for the animals ?2,Discuss in groups and ask some representatives of some group to share their opinions with us .3,S: e.g. Animals are part of the nature .we can be friends .We should call on more people to stop killing them.Those are also the voice of the animals.Step Seven.
