八年级英语下册教学设计Unit8 Have you ever read Treasure Island yet?第一课时 Section A (1a-1c)授课人:王黔教学目标:一、 知识目标1.学习并掌握下列单词:Treasure, island, wonderland, exciting 及一些重要的经典名著。2.初步掌握现在完成时的用法并且正确使用以下常用表述:1)Have you ever read?2) I havent finished reading it yet.3.熟练运用带有already和yet 的现在完成时二、 能力目标通过听说训练能使用现在完成时与他人讨论自己所读过的书并能进行简要评价。三、 情感目标激发学生对英语语言文化的兴趣,培养学生爱读书的习惯。重点难点:教学重点:熟练运用带有already和yet 的现在完成时。教学重点:现在完成时“Have you read”句型结构的理解及相关口语交际。教学方法:听说法、任务型教学教学过程:1. warming upStudents have free talk with teacher.T:Do you like reading books?Whats your favorite book?What do you think of it?Then show some pictures about classics, such as The Old Man and the Sea, Harry Potter and Jane Eyre. Ss can discuss about them.2. PresentationFirst, Ill have free talk with SsT: Have you heard of these books?Then show some pictures about books, for example:Alice in Wonderland 爱丽丝梦游仙境Little Women 小妇人Treasure Island 金银岛Oliver Twist 雾都孤儿Robinson Crusoe 鲁滨逊漂流记Tom Sawyer 汤姆索亚历险记Here Ill teach them the new words: treasure, island, classic and so on. Then Ss read them after me. Next, Ss read all the new words together.3. Practice1) Try to match the book titles with the pictures. Ill show some books and pictures on the screen, and ask Ss to match them.2) Ss finish the listening exercise 1b.Listen and complete the chart. Ill play the tape three times, for the first time, Ss fill in the titles. For the second time, complete the chart about have they read it and the last time, complete the chart about their opinion of these books. Then check the answers.3) Then finish 1c, practice the conversation. Then talk about the other books in 1a.A: Have you read Little Women yet?B: No, I havent.
