Legal framework 法律体制Building of the above elements of railway infrastructure in the Polish Railway Lines, needs to undergo a certification process whose end result is a document issued by the Office for Rail Transport (UTK), as a certificate of release to service a type of building / equipment designed to carry rail traffic. This document is the final result of the process involving different subjects. The infrastructure manager (ie, PKP PLK SA), agrees to the specification and gives its consent to the location of the prototype built by the signing of a trilateral agreement (the manufacturer - the user - research unit) to perform the tests.
