轮胎验收试验目录1. 试验目的2. 试验范围3. 试验条件4. 操稳性5. 乘坐舒适性6. 噪声7. 湿地制动8. 脱圈9. 路边石冲击试验10. 试验报告11. 试验场附录“A”轮胎等级指数附录“B”轮胎的验收报告表附录“C” M.I.R.A.邓洛普处理电路附录“D”M.I.R.A.湿弯道设备附录“E”M.I.R.A.连续湿制动附录“F”M.I.R.A.路边石打击区参考标准;RES.54.51.500轮胎压力评估1目的1.1,通过与基准轮胎的对比,使用整车评估等级系统(见附录“A”)或轮胎的评估等级系统进行的主观评估,与当天相比客观上决定了轮胎设备的适用性。此试验应在任何工程发布和后续购买协议之前进行。注意:此试验说明的是轮胎的最低要求。2范围本标准准备应用在乘用车、四轮驱动车辆及其衍生车辆的所有新轮胎上。3条件3.1如果没有推荐的充气气压值则应该按 RES 54 51 500“轮胎压力评估试验”来确定,轮胎应该是新的并安装在合适的轮圈内。3.2为了确保试验中轮胎的稳定特性,轮胎应该正常行驶160 Km,在轮胎发出尖叫声时转弯速度维持感要好,当然轮胎和轮圈在行驶前必须完成动平衡,还必须准备同样的备用的轮胎总成,取决于评估进行的顺序,如在同一程序中轮胎迅速磨损或破坏。只有生产型润滑剂能将轮胎安装到轮辋里。3.3 确定所有试验仪器及设备都被标定。3.4试验车辆应该配以适合的悬架和转向零件。3.5转向几何特性应该检验过并在允许公差范围内。3.6决定所需的载荷值及位置,试验要以最大前后轴荷进行。3.7标定气压表。3.8一般在手动变速箱的车上进行。4操稳性试验4.1约一个角落。应使用80米半径(通常M.I.R.A.邓洛普处理电路,见试验场地)。驱动的车辆应通过与稳定的油门开这个角落,通常在3档,在3公里/小时的增量重复。应评定为附近的粘附尽可能限制车辆的行驶稳定性。操稳场地的转弯半径约为80m,车辆一般在3档,以3 km/h的递增速度,以稳定的油门进行转弯,车辆稳定性的评估应尽可能在接近附着力的极限状态下进行。4.2以上述速度和档位转弯,在达到转弯极限时丢掉油门以评估效果。4.3重复4.2的试验,不过不是甩掉油门,而是全油门。4.4直线稳定性直线稳定性的评估:在4档情况下以70 Km/h的速度,按以下的条件作若干次和一定幅度的蛇形摇摆行驶。4.4.1轻打方向盘1/8转并马上释放,反方向重复。4.4.2任一方向旋转方向盘1/8转,当车摆动时释放。4.5转向作用车应该在粗糙路面上以50km/h行驶时来评估路面的震动传递给转向的幅度。4.6转向响应车应该在曲折蜿蜒的路上以正常速度行驶和试验场中高速行驶:所加的方向盘的转角和车的响应及精度及其效果要被评估,仪器可用来得到测试数据。4.7转向效果如果车装的是机械转向,其转向效果的评估应该以停车场的停车方式来评估,仪器可用来得到测试数据。4.8纵向路脊的作用车以50 - 80 km/h的速度和很小的角度接近明显的白线或纵脊,评价“推”或“拉”的效果。4.9低m湿地的附着力4.9.1在第4.1条规定的试验应重复上两个湿m表面低,但通常在4档。试验应继续下去,直到出现附着力损失,分离和它发生的速度的方式应记录。表面的类型,应在米拉相若证明地面,如织纹细腻沥青 - 说明在胎面花纹的湿地抓地力和平稳布里德波特卵石表面的变化 - 这表明,在胎面胶中的湿地抓地力的变化。此外玄武岩砖或抛光的混凝土,可作为替代表面光滑布里德波特卵石。试验规范按4.1重复作2种低m湿地试验,档位在4档,试验进行到失去附着力为止,记录车脱离(甩出去)的方式和出现此现象的速度值4.10 诈骗4.1.0.1 The test shall be conducted on the M.I.R.A. / Dunlop handling circuit (see test locale) or on a suitable flat surface marked out with traffic cones, simulating the chicane area. No. 1 circuit.
