摘要
二十一世纪的制造业面临着顾客需求驱动、不可预测、快速多变和来自全球不断增加的市场竞争,而且竞争不断加剧。市场的不断变化要求制造系统加工的产品品种能够快速变换以满足市场需求。在柴油机制造行业的技术改造中,除了要选好产品,增强自主开发能力外,还要根据市场的变化在工艺的制定上建立与市场需求相适应的生产线,建立以加工中心为主、以组合机床为辅的机体、缸盖等箱体类零件的综合生产线,使之能根据产品的变化批量生产并占领市场。
根据 S195 柴油机机体的具体情况和生产纲领要求,本文较详细地设计了 S195 柴油机机体加工工艺方案的设计原则和工艺路线,在工艺方案的设计研究过程中,选择了加工中心与组合机床、专用机床结合的方式,首先利用组合机床进行顶底面、两端面的粗铣、两侧面的粗铣,然后进行下底面、两端面、两侧面的精铣。然后利用加工中心进行基孔、主轴承孔的粗加工、半精加工、精加工,最后进行攻丝。通过论证分析,体现了所选方案设计的合理性、可行性。另外,选择合理的切削用量,对提高产品加工的质量、生产率、成本、设备利用率等指标有重要作用。作为制造系统重要组成部分的夹具设计和机床设计部分,制造系统对其提出了较高的要求。本文从提高柴油机制造技术出发,详细地阐述了夹具设计和机床概念设计中的设计原则、设计步骤、注意点等,针对加工中心设计出了一套专用夹具,以满足箱体加工精度高的生产要求。
总之,本文是本人通过工艺设计、设备选型到工艺试制等一系列过程的亲身体验所完成的,是一篇理论结合实际的文章。

In the diesel engine manufacture profession technological transformations, except must choose the product, outside the enhancement independent development ability, but also must act according to the market the change the production line which the establishment and the market demand adapts in the craft formulation, establishes take the aggregate machine-tool primarily, by processes the center as auxiliary box body class components the and so on the organism, cylinder cover comprehensive production line, enables it and seizes the market according to the product change volume production.
According to the S195 diesel engine organism special details and the production guiding principle request, this article in detail has designed the S195 diesel engine organism processing craft plan principle of design and the craft route, in the craft plan design research process, has chosen the way which the processing center and the aggregate machine-tool unifies, first carries on using the aggregate machine-tool goes against, the bottom surface, then carries on the bottom surface, two end surfaces, two sides fine mill. As the manufacture system important constituent jig design and the engine bed design part, the manufacture system set the high request to it. This paper makes technology since raising diesel engine to leave , has elaborated notice a little etc., design stage and the design principle in the design of clamping apparatus and the concept design of machine tool in detail , has devised a set of built up fixture according to machining center in order to satisfy the production requirement of high casing processing precision.
In brief, this article is myself through the technological design, and so on a series of processes by oneself experience completes the equipment shaping, which is a theory union actual article which to the craft trial manufacturing.

1.毕业设计的背景:
柴油机是用柴油作燃料的内燃机。柴油机的壳体是各类机器中重要的基础件之一,它
支撑内部汽缸的运动,保证其运动和动力进给运动的稳定。S195柴油是机型式:单杠
四冲程、卧式 冷却方式:水箱蒸发 燃烧式: 直喷式 。通过对S195柴油机箱体设
计,能够让我们更加了解柴油机结构,也是对我们所学知识的运用。
2.毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求:
根据S195柴油机柴油机箱体的结构特点,在进行充分论证的基础上制定
箱体的加工工艺路线,计算各工序参数,填写加工工艺规程,根据工艺过
程对箱体进行加工中心的数控编程,设计针对该箱体加工工序的组合夹具
,完成夹具的全套设计图纸。
